Progress thread Dick feels different

I’ve been following a conditioning routine for 2 weeks now. I do a soft version on this on my weekends so I am doing some PE 7 days a week.

5 full routine
Warm up 5-10 min rice sock
Full newbie srt stretching routine.
matter this routine I put my bath mate on for 5 min on medium pressure. I think this helps me get more full engorging.
I do 50 jelqs with 60% erection every 25 at 80% election I perform a SSJ. I follow this with 30 v jelqs. I do this for 3 sets in a row. In between each set I do side to sides 100..

After my 3 sets I warm down with a warm washcloth for 10 min.
I then put on my size genetics at 1800grams for an hour.

On my light days I do gentle stretches followed by 30 20 jelqs, and a light bath mate 5 min. I end with an hour of size genetics following.

I seems to be responding well to this as my dick has been getting hard and seemingly thicker. Also when I am semi erect I seem to look thicker and my dick feels like it has a lot more elasticity. Is this a good sign? I have ribs on the side of my dick when I’m hard (I’ve never seen these before) and it seems like my cock is mr. elastic when it’s soft. Let me know if anyone has experienced these symptoms two weeks into PE.
I’m going to eventually transfer to a more advanced routine but I am enjoying the conditioning first as I am in this for the long run.

It sure seems like it is starting to work. I didn’t expect to see a difference in the first 10 days though. I’m going to keep at this routine through the month, and see if I make any measurement gains. I feel like doing a good job applying heat has helped me stay more playable. I’m excited to see how far I can take this. Who knows maybe I end up growing a monster. Started at BPEL 7.9, MEG 5.1, BEG 5.6

many new men find that they make their greatest growth in the first six months. This is why I say you should put as much effort as you can into the first six months so you can take advantage of that newbie growth.

It’s very cool to just see any early changes. I hope it translates into some good gains.

Well I started at 6.6 BPEL and 5.4 MEG and now I'm 8 BPEL maximum but usually its 7.7 with the girth being 7 - 7.1 inches.
I should have targeted length better at the start but hey I'm dong expressive stretching now which should help me.

I think you can do really well with those starting stats, you know with hardwork and keeping the blinkers on from time to time which is good to filter out negative bullshit which you will find on this type of path from some folk you could get easily to 9 inches BPEL and 6 inches girth.

I’d be really happy with getting into the 6inch girth club. What helped you put on that much girth? That’s really impressive. I’d be really pumped with 9 BPEL by 6 girth. I’m going to stay consistent with this just to see what’s possible. It’s helped me get organized in other areas of my life too

SSJs helped allot, they are very powerful and also very safe
 
Not watching adult entertainment, I’ve noticed I don’t get an erection as easy during exercises. I use my bath mate before jelqs that gets a lot of blood in my dick before I start. This seemed to help me get a good full routine today. Wasn’t my best one, but I think I might have some days I’m not getting fully erect do to quitting adult entertainment. I did masterbate yesterday night without adult entertainment so maybe why my erections were a little weak today. Still seemed to get a pretty good PE workout in though.

I do have a question though. I like to drink beer about 2 nights a week about 5 beers. Will this hurt my gains if I get my routine done. Also I like to smoke weed too, will this hinder gains?

I smoke weed daily weekly monthly and yearly LOL if it hurts it didn’t hurt me. I don’t drink beer but I do have a couple glasses of wine every day so I don’t see a problem unless you take it too far with a beer. Beer will quickly go to your fat pad so be aware of that. When I am drinking wine and not eating right I end up with a thicker pad. Never drink to get drunk if you’re going to drink drink with respect and do not overindulge. Drinking is a privilege and if you drink too much you lose that privilege.
 
Great advice dld. I think I am also going to start a diet and exercise program as I am a bit overweight. It would be nice to get my whole body in shape to support my healthy dick. I enjoy a little wine I can give up the beers. As for weed I’m glad I can still enjoy this as it give me a different state of mind that I think is positive for me

I only smoke it when I am praying and it brings me so close to God. I already know that God lives inside of me and I can get no closer but when I smoke I can feel that so much more. I’d like to put 24 hours between sessions to show respect. But I will occasionally smoke something to help me sleep when I’m having insomnia.

I want to quote another Bible verse that applies to this big time “all things are permissible but not all things are profitable” so for some people who think cannabis is wrong they should stay away from it. And if you know they do not approve of it do not do it in front of them to tempt them.

I have been switching my routine up a little bit to do the newbie stretches in the morning. I then put my size genetics on for the next 2 hours at around 2000 grams of force. I like to a rice sock while in extender as I think it helps me stay stretchy.
I then do my girth routine a few hours later, I do the 3 sets of 5 min Bathmate followed by 5 min of jelqs, I do slow squash jelqs until my erection lowers the I finish the remainder of the set with regular and v jelqs.
I’ve been putting a cock ring on post girth workout. I love wearing the cock ring for an edging session. I measured 5.6 inches of girth while wearing the ring. My starting size was 5.1 but without a ring on. I’m waiting to take measurements until the first of each month. It will be interesting to see if I made gains. I think I have already so I will stay consistent as I’m enjoying the process and visualization of this.

This is almost exactly what dld told do, and I do think I’m sowing signs of growth as I’ve had to add an extra quarter inch on my extender, and my dick is hanging fatter both flaccid and erect.

I really am staying consistent I haven’t really been taking days off, but I usually do a lighter more length/extender focused routine 1 or 2 days a week. I also use my bath mate lightly for about 5 minutes on those easy days. I’ve been surprised how quickly my penis has been recovering from the workouts as I seem to be fully recovered by the next day. All your advice has been put into action here and I hope to see some great results. We are at the beginning of the journey on the Road to 9 by 6. Dream size would be 10 by 6.5 but just focusing on improving little by little each day

Just over a month in and noticing some improvements. I have been very consistent with my routine. In my training I am having fun especially with bath mate. I started out slow and would pump to right around the 8 inch mark on my hydroextreme9. I am now pumping well over the 8.5 inch mark probably 8.75-9 inches if it was on the ruler of the pump. It is exciting to see it grown larger in the pump I’m also getting great expansion using SSJ and my cock gets very tick post girth workout right around 6inches, I started at 5 so this seems thick to me. I will say that that great expansion stays around for a few hours but hoping to gain even more expansion and become permanent. I’d love to get the 6 inch girth to stay around. My length increased about .25 inches in the last month, and my girth also went from 5-5.25 and this was after 4 days of no PE. I think i need to just stay consistent and keep rocking my routine daily. I can always improve what I’m doing. Hope the gains continue to come

Thanks it doesn’t seem like a crazy difference but if I can keep gaining it’s going to be impressive. I’ve been doing the routine you emailed me! I have a new job so I have only been finding about 1-2 hours a day to use my size genetics post manual stretches. Also just getting slow squash jelqs down and see huge expansion during that exercise. I’m still only about 6 weeks in and Im impressed how it’s starting to look when I get rock hard.

I have light days but I don’t really take days off and I have a winning routine. I could spend more time in size genetics but I I’ll work on that. I like to put it on after a stretching routine. I do the full newbie stretching routine and then I go into the size genetics for an hour. I like to try and keep heating my
Dick as much as possible as well. I think if I add a little more SG I’ll get greater length gains. I’m pretty surprised to see I’ve gained as well. 2 months ago I would have said it was impossible
