I’ve been following a conditioning routine for 2 weeks now. I do a soft version on this on my weekends so I am doing some PE 7 days a week.
5 full routine
Warm up 5-10 min rice sock
Full newbie srt stretching routine.
matter this routine I put my bath mate on for 5 min on medium pressure. I think this helps me get more full engorging.
I do 50 jelqs with 60% erection every 25 at 80% election I perform a SSJ. I follow this with 30 v jelqs. I do this for 3 sets in a row. In between each set I do side to sides 100..
After my 3 sets I warm down with a warm washcloth for 10 min.
I then put on my size genetics at 1800grams for an hour.
On my light days I do gentle stretches followed by 30 20 jelqs, and a light bath mate 5 min. I end with an hour of size genetics following.
I seems to be responding well to this as my dick has been getting hard and seemingly thicker. Also when I am semi erect I seem to look thicker and my dick feels like it has a lot more elasticity. Is this a good sign? I have ribs on the side of my dick when I’m hard (I’ve never seen these before) and it seems like my cock is mr. elastic when it’s soft. Let me know if anyone has experienced these symptoms two weeks into PE.
I’m going to eventually transfer to a more advanced routine but I am enjoying the conditioning first as I am in this for the long run.
