my current measurements are
7.5in L (not BPEL but im lean so probably not far)

15º downward curve (brutal)
These is what I'd like to have:

Any advice on gaining as much knowledge as possible and achieving my goals?
I've seen things like pumps and stuff but nothing more than a couple 5min YT vids...
Since length is not the problem, girth is the main focus, and 25 degrees of change is essential, two levels of approaches. However, approach the process very cautiously.
First, reset the downward curvature to 0 degree from downwards to neutral. The only way to do that is to soften the tissues in the entire penile shaft at one time. There's no way around it. You can then use an extender to get the negative curvature (downward) to neutral position (straight). You can go immediately to upward curvature if you want, but you need an extender with a positive bend. 10 degrees upward is a bit tricky since 10 degrees is a very slight bend roughly at the center, at most 1cm, towards the base. By using a cushion or padding near the center of the extender, you're influencing the healing to have a slight curve up.
Two ways to soften the tissues up: moderate to high traction load with the
Length Master, roughly around 15lbs of stretching strength, for around 30 minutes, with 15 minutes of rotational pull per side, follow by the extender. The other is using experimental method of LISWT (low intensity sound wave therapy), similar to ultrasound application for tissue damage therapy, applying between 4 kHz and 44 kHz, pushing localized zone temperature between 104F to 107F. Then follow by extender usage.
When you're taking a break from extender usages, while resting on a bed or in front of the TV, use the DLD Benders exercise, which is in the Media Instruction section.
Before using an extender, you can also use the
5x5x3 as a baseline approach for girth. It's 5 minutes of pumping or
SSJ (slow squash jelq), with 3 sets. Remember, it's a baseline. You can tweak the 5 minutes to be something more or less, such as 10 minutes of
SSJ to maximize the internal pressure, 3 minutes pumping to break the internal tissue limit of expansion through a dynamic pressure loading (between -5inHg to -9inHg progression after preconditioning), and change the 3 sets to 5 sets. Create a plan first, follow the plan progressively little by little to allow the penile tissues to adopt the changes, and then progressively become more aggressive with intensity. Do not go from starting to zealously aggressive because you want a quick change. You do that, you'll hurt yourself.
