If anyone could estimate my body fat, feel free to tell me. I lost 15 pounds in the last month and a half or so, so I am wondering where I am at. I am thinking maybe 12%.
No critiques needed really. However I was doing body weight exercises with the reps until failure to maintain, instead of dumbbells and barbells to failure, due to lack of gym in this winter vacation. So it was a nice change. But I am ready to go back to the weights.
