Another great workout today. hot shower as a substitute for the heating pad I have coming then right into 50 tunica scrapes each side with the new Gua Sha Scapper blade I got. totalman compression hanger for real weight hanging. I did 10 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 7 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, sets 3 7lb sets 4-10 8 lbs. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.4375”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.9375”

The Gua Sha Scapper came today
Just loving it. Like anything is has a learning curve but I am getting better with it every session and I love doing it seated.
It’s a tool used in physical therapy on tendons. I have had it used on my achillies when I had achillies tendonitious. Bd and perv believe it helps relax the tissues for a better stretch.What is the Scapper and used for?

It can be but This actually works better. And the slim profile is amazing cause it fits in extenders alsoIf you have the LengthMaster it can be used as a compression hanger. I gained a quarter inch short period of time by using LengthMaster as weight hanger.

Question for you: What ques do you take as a sign that the hanging session is done? Tenderness on the base? I always focus on what I feel at the base during a set and if I feel a slight ache then I take off. This a good approach.
totally understand. I personally go by feel as measuring is not my favourite thingI follow Bd’s protocol. You measure you pre and post bone stretches falccid to make sure you hit desired percentage increase

Interesting ideaLong time lurker, but created an account to share what I just dreamed up, and seems to work really good for those pesky blisters!
It may sound weird, but there’s science behind it. It would be interesting for someone else’s to try and verify it works….
If you get a blister from vacuum cup stretching too much, take a nice large and flat salt crystal from your water softener bin or shaker, put it under a piece of tape or band aid, and put the salt crystal directly on top of the blister. Then take a few drops of water and saturate the crystal and skin. Within a few hours, the water from within the blister will exit the skin via osmosis. Read up on “salt osmosis” to learn details on how it works.
You can take a file and flatten the surface of the salt crystal, so it’s more comfortable, and makes better contact with the skin.
Worked amazing for me! My blister flattened out within a few hours. I feel the most important thing for quick healing is to get all of the water out of the blister quickly without popping it, so top layer of the skin can heal and bond back to the underlying skin. I’ve found that trying to apply continuous pressure (with a finger or whatever) to the top of the blister doesn’t really do much to push the water back into the body, but the salt crystal works!
It appeared that jelquing with the salt crystal/water applied seemed to speed up the osmosis. If you Google the word “jelquing and blister” you won’t find many results, so I think I may be onto something with that speeding things up.
The only side effect to the salt crystal is that it makes the surrounding skin wrinkly, but it goes away quickly after washing it off.
Hope this helps someone else and super curious to know if it really works for others. I’ve searched, and it doesn’t seem to look like anyone else has come up with this. If it works, now we just need to come to with a fun name for it!

I upped the weight a little to 9 lbs.

I'd be weary of adding weight too fast. I'm finding that when I go to a higher weight for one day then that fucks my ligament for several days. Wasn't able to get a great hanging session today because of it with half the weight.Argh. Im late again. I did 10 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 5 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 6.5 lbs, set 2 7.5 lbs, sets 3 8.5 lbs set 4 9.5lbs lbs, sets 5-10 10 lbs. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.5625”. ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 10”. I upped the weight a little to 10 lbs. i did a tunica message for two mins twice during the blood flow breaks.

Totally get it. The first week was me just getting the process of hanging down but I have used more tension with extenders so I felt comfortable going up to this. I just need to get the wrap and etc down of hanging so that why I felt comfortable progressing with weight so fast. I plan to slow it now

Have you considered manual bundled stretches with LengthMaster 3. With this approach you will not have the problem you are talking about.

Also do not be afraid of the soreness in your inner penis and ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory). I have been stretching with constant sorness in my inner penis and ligaments. Stretching inner penis and ligaments will produce faster growth. The sorness are signs of fast growth.
