The Gua Sha Scapper came today. Plan to use it before training tonight. I’m still waiting on the heating pad but I’ll substitute in the meantime by jumping in a hot shower. Let’s go!

Late logging. Last nights training: hot shower as a substitute for the heating pad I have coming then right into 50 tunica scrapes each side with the new Gua Sha Scapper blade I got. totalman compression hanger for real weight hanging. I did 9 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 7 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, sets 3-9 7 lbs. i have to admit I cut it short on set 9 to 3 mins because the pressure was making my blister hurt. I am trying to work around it. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.375”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.875”.

Set 1 I used 5 lbs, set 2 6lbs, sets 3-10 7 lbs. so two reasons why this was the best most comfortable session. First I set myself to do it seated which I love! It’s super confortable and easy to watch movies at the same time. I have a really bad left ankle which has a piece of metal in it so I hate standing for long periods. This is so much better. Second, I’m getting better at pressing the blood out of my glands resulting in less glan pressure abs my blister is starting to heal finally. Just a really great comfortable session. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.375”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.875”.

Just watched some of the video and super annoyed at how much Mike waffles and overcomplicates the whole process. It doesn't take that long to explain how to put on any device.
Haha. I’m just glad he made the vid. It was put up recently. I couldn’t figure out how to use the last version and I couldnt find a video for it. At least this one does a good job explaining how to use the device

I guess some video is better than no video. I'd consider a compression hanger some time in the future because then you don't have to worry about applying the suction cup with the pump, my pump just broke 2 days ago and my new one only arrives Wednesday.

Question for you: What ques do you take as a sign that the hanging session is done? Tenderness on the base? I always focus on what I feel at the base during a set and if I feel a slight ache then I take off. This a good approach.

I follow Bd’s protocol. You measure you pre and post bone stretches falccid to make sure you hit desired percentage increase
 
Long time lurker, but created an account to share what I just dreamed up, and seems to work really good for those pesky blisters!

It may sound weird, but there’s science behind it. It would be interesting for someone else’s to try and verify it works….

If you get a blister from vacuum cup stretching too much, take a nice large and flat salt crystal from your water softener bin or shaker, put it under a piece of tape or band aid, and put the salt crystal directly on top of the blister. Then take a few drops of water and saturate the crystal and skin. Within a few hours, the water from within the blister will exit the skin via osmosis. Read up on “salt osmosis” to learn details on how it works.

You can take a file and flatten the surface of the salt crystal, so it’s more comfortable, and makes better contact with the skin.

Worked amazing for me! My blister flattened out within a few hours. I feel the most important thing for quick healing is to get all of the water out of the blister quickly without popping it, so top layer of the skin can heal and bond back to the underlying skin. I’ve found that trying to apply continuous pressure (with a finger or whatever) to the top of the blister doesn’t really do much to push the water back into the body, but the salt crystal works!

It appeared that jelquing with the salt crystal/water applied seemed to speed up the osmosis. If you Google the word “jelquing and blister” you won’t find many results, so I think I may be onto something with that speeding things up.

The only side effect to the salt crystal is that it makes the surrounding skin wrinkly, but it goes away quickly after washing it off.

Hope this helps someone else and super curious to know if it really works for others. I’ve searched, and it doesn’t seem to look like anyone else has come up with this. If it works, now we just need to come to with a fun name for it!

0.5" elongation after hanging is massive, with ~6lb I get an elongation of max 0.2-0.25". But I do not hang with a compression hanger, just a vlc tugger.

I did 12 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 5 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 6.5 lbs, set 2 7.5 lbs, sets 3 8.5 lbs set 4-12 9.5 lbs, Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.5”. ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 10” boom. Nice to see 10” again. I upped the weight a little to 9.5 lbs and I really felt a dull stretch ache this time for the first time while compression hanging. Can’t wait to break out the heating pad in tonight’s workout. Also I want to add tunica massages like bd does tonight during my blood flow breaks.

Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.5625”. ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 10”. I upped the weight a little to 10 lbs. i did a tunica message for two mins twice during the blood flow breaks.

I upped the weight a little to 10 lbs. i did a tunica message for two mins twice during the blood flow breaks.

Took last night off
I'd be weary of adding weight too fast. I'm finding that when I go to a higher weight for one day then that fucks my ligament for several days. Wasn't able to get a great hanging session today because of it with half the weight.

Totally get it. The first week was me just getting the process of hanging down but I have used more tension with extenders so I felt comfortable going up to this. I just need to get the wrap and etc down of hanging so that why I felt comfortable progressing with weight so fast. I plan to slow it now

Have you considered manual bundled stretches with LengthMaster 3. With this approach you will not have the problem you are talking about.

Also do not be afraid of the soreness in your inner penis and ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory). I have been stretching with constant sorness in my inner penis and ligaments. Stretching inner penis and ligaments will produce faster growth. The sorness are signs of fast growth.

Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches are superior.

Okay. I am super later logging but I have trained every day since I last logged which is Saturday through tonight Thursday January 25th and made process the entire time. I have messed around with the weights and I’m in a groove. Tonight are my best pre and post bone pressed stretched flaccid measurements ever. Even better then before my long decon break! Loving it. Here is tonight’s workout: heating pad On high for 15 mins then right into 50 tunica scrapes each side with the new Gua Sha Scapper blade I got. totalman compression hanger for real weight hanging. I did 12 sets of 5 mins with 30 second breaks and 5 mins breaks where needed to regain blood flow. Set 1 I used 6.5 lbs, set 2 7.5 lbs, sets 3 8.5 lbs set 4 9.5lbs lbs, sets 5-12 9.75 lbs. Starting bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.875”. ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 10.25”. I have never seen that before! Let’s go!
