Another update. I actually went 3.5 hrs my second totalman extender session instead of 2hrs cause I am binge watching a show and the extender is easy to keep on at this lower tension.
Can’t wait for the 2.5x bigger base they are releasing soon to handle the higher tensions longer….

So i had a feeling and decided to measure and guess what I hit a brand new bone pressed flaccid stretched PR after my PE training and I even waited a little bit after taking the extender off and still hit a new PR of 8.75”……I know this is inflated cause it’s after all my PE training today but it’s still an all time PR. Here’s the the picture. The way I took it was pressing the ruler into me by pushing my body into the ruler into my bathroom wall while stretching so I could use my other hand to take the picture. I don’t even think I stretched all I could cause my penis was bit tender from all the training lately. I am happy to see this little bit of progress…..you can see some edema in my foreskin from being In the vacum chamber so long today. Also importabt to note my ruler is one of those that doesn’t start at zero but has that extra blank space before starting which may be like 1/16”

Yep, definitely a ruler that doesn’t start at zero. You can see here there is an extra 1/16” before it starts which I know is small but hey we are fighting for small gains with PE so it’s inportant to mention

Tonight training

session 86

length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins

Total man extender - 2 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. In the total man vacum chamber with a screw driver for leverage to save time.

Total man extender - 2 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands


Still finishing the second total man extender session but I plan to do a quick pump session and take a picture In the pump to see how
Big I get in the pump after two length sessions
 
So I’m doing some research I found these two videos and In the first one BD uses strain rates on ligaments to figure out the ideal amount to stretch to make gains and he says while in the extender you should be 104-106% longer than your starting bone pressed flaccid length so you have to measure that before hand and right after 102%-104%. I’m a numbers guys so I’m going to try and stick to this to see if it works. He says this is how you can check your working hard enough but not too hard and in the second the guy who created the apex shows his routine and he does track the percent length gain right after to ensure he working hard enough

I don't know the procentage. This intensity are making me grow. One more important aspect of this. I'm always stretching my inner penis hard.

An increase of 2 cm = 0.75 inch, of my BPFSL value after a session with BTC Bundled Stretches with LM3.

That definitely puts you higher at like just over 13.3% but I guess that makes sense since you pull with a lot of intensity
 
Where are this guy saying you should be?
I am actually doing my first session right now so I measured bone pressed flaccid stretched at 8.25” before starting so according to him I should be 8.58”-8.75 in the extender and I am at 8.75” in the extender right now and after I take it off I should be 8.41”-8.58”. I got about 15 mins left in the extender so I’ll measure right after

So I just checked and 8.56” as soon as I take off the extender so I am in the ranges and it’s feels like a good stretch
 
So still doing research and another thing I plan to add is a message while I am in the extender which is meant as a tunica release and explained in this video and the guy who invented the apex extender demonstrates in the video I posted above. It makes sense to me as an athlete cause like the guys in the video below discusses I have had physical therapy on my achillies for tendinitis and they used the tool he shows in the video…..it’s only a 5 min message while I am in the extender so it will be super easy to experiment with

Steal extender - 2 hrs

BPSFL during extender - 8.75”
BPSFL after taking off extender - 8.56”

Total man extender - 3 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands

BPSFL during extender - 8.75”
BPSFL after taking off extender - 8.69”

Feeling good about this technique measuring to make sure I am working hard enough. Next session I will incorporate the tunica release streatch for the first 5 mins in the extender each time

You get me really excited to try an extender. The only reason I think I'm not using one is due to the fact that my current routine is working...but also I'm afraid I will loose my banan bend with an extender. Do you know anything about this?

Are your erection straight as an arrow? Or do you have a banana bend in your penis (upward curve)?

So my erection is straight but I have seen a post by a guy who wanted to keep his bend and the totalman just came out with focrum bars to add to its extended. They haven’t been released yet but it’s basically a bar you add to the extender and then bend your penis over while under tension. See this video at the bottom of the page

 
So i tried my 2.25 diameter 10” long pump tonight and I think it’s time to move up to my 2.5” diameter tube because I lubed up and still think I’m hitting the walls stopping me from reaching max length cause I measured and I hit 7.5-7.75” and that my normal erection length length. I think hitting the walls is stopping me. I bought this one cause at first the 2.5” was too big but I have gained girth even without trainjng for it so i will re try tomorrow with the 2.5” tube. You can even see in the pic below my foreskin isn’t fully retracted and when I’m fi hard it retracts and shows my entire head so I know this isn’t max length

So this popped up on my YouTube cause obviously I am researching PE, this guy is only 5’6” and he looks like 130-140 lbs so he’s a tiny guy and states his dick is 9.5” (not sure if that’s bones pressed or non bone pressed) and his got 7” girth. He actually takes a mold of his dick in the video and it’s insane consider how small a person he is. From the mold, I want to guess he measuring non bone pressed cause the mold is huge. 7” girth is crazy. I’m 6.25” and rarely here of 7” girth

I remeber Howard stern always said he had a small penis but then they had an episode where all the guys on his cast measured and Howard was 6” but at 6’5” tall it probably didn’t look big to him. The guy in the video above made a mold of his though and it’s freaking huge, especially the girth.

I did measure before and after yesterday but I forgot the numbers. Argh. Next time I’ll write them down.

Still training so I will update soon but check this out, measured 9.25” bones pressed In my extender tonight which is the longest I have measured in any situation…..I smell gains!

Thanks buddy. Super happy to start seeing some results finally. I don’t take handwritten notes because my hand writing is horrrible. I’ll have to build up some courage before making a video but I’ll think about it. Let’s see how this goes for a couple months first

So I have to go out with my girl tonight to celebrate our anniversary. I plan to bring my PE tools and I’ll try to sneak in a session while she sleeps. Tomorrow will most likely be a rest day unless I can squeeze training in. I want to log my first sessions today in case I forget:

Awesome, the DBS with LENGTHMASTER is a really good stretching exercise. I'm just curious if you have tried BTC Stretches with LENGTHMASTER?
