My girl came over again after work but I was determined to train. I knew she would fall asleep before me so that when I got my training in. I wore the last 2 hrs of the total man bell in bed with the leg strap since I found a comfortable arrangement

Thank you guys! Means a lot coming from both of you. Unfortunately I had a rough weekend. My girl was over all weekend and we had a bad fight. Basically she’s pressuring me for marriage….so cause we were fighting a bit And she was here missed training last two days.

Tried a passive sleeve tonight. I want to wear it in between my sessions to heal in an extended state. Question for the guys in the forum, how long should the sleeve be compared to your bone pressed flaccid stretched length just before the head. I measure my flaccid stretched bone pressed length right below my head at just over 6inches (forgot the exact number) but I struggle getting a 6” sleeve on. I was able to get a 4” sleeve on pretty easy (might be a little over 4). Would 5” be alright or should I keep practicing with 6?

Tested out a passive sleeve for an 1 hr in between sessions. Used the total man 26 mm sleeve. I first tried it at 6” since I’m a little longer than that before the head bone pressed flaccid. I figure putting myself in the bell and rolling down and then taking off from the bell was the easiest way and I do like the technique. Well the 6” total man sleeve tore. I was left with 4.25” so I used that and got it to work. I use to like totalman sleeves cause I used Phallosan sleeves before which are complete crap but now after using the MOS durosleeve which is just insanely tough it’s crazy how much easier total man sleeves are to to tear. I ordered 4,5,6” length silisleeve 2s cause now I’m a huge believer in MOS sleeves. I’ll use the totalman sleeve till they. Going to try and increase the time I use the sleeve each day.
 
Interesting video by this guy. He even mentions this site. One thing he mentions is that he doesn’t believe in all day stretchers and healing in the elongated state which is the total opposite that I have learned from the PE community. It make it sound like most of us are overworking

I have never felt this fatigue. But I have only been using manual stretches with my hands, Power Assist (broomstick) and with the LENGTHMASTER 3. So I think my tissue have all the time it needs to heal. I have always heald elongated.

I have a penis elongation wrap on all day from when I wake up, until I'm going to bed (not in shower, not on sometimes at the gym, and not when doing PE).

This approach have worked out. I believe I would not have grow as fast without my penis elongation wrap. I'm follow SRT and it's a proven method that works.

Ya. It’s just strange to hear him speak against ADS since I have always heard it’s best to heal in the elongated state. His view goes against everything I have ever heard in the PE community

I have been on other PE forums in the past when first starting out and some claim less is more and no wrap afterwards.

It’s only when I joined MOS I heard of all day stretching and wrapping. Every one is different, but gains are still being made.
 
I took that as a sign your making progress is to check your flaccid stretched

I seen a couple of BD’s videos in the past and even DLD talks about measuring flaccid stretch before and after.

I can’t remember, but I have to rewatch the video but he gives his percentages of overwork or too little work.

I tried putting on the sleeve again after the first session but I messed up and it came off and I just didnt have the energy to redo it. I also had a little accident today which scared me. After my first length master session I stood up with the length master still attached but it caught my chair and got pulled off over my glands and that stung but not as bad as I expected. I think having foreskin helped since it rolls forward. Still stung a little and scared the crap out of me
 
Before DLD came up with the SRT approach, MOS has been in existence and people were gaining without healing in an elongated state. But when DLD came out with SRT, people gained faster.

Bring two newbies together and give them the same devices and routine. One should always wrap after his session while the other shouldn't wrap at all.

That's when you will realize that the one who is always wrapping will gain far better and faster than the one who didn't wrap. This is why it is hard to see people talk down on SRT.

So I put a sleeve on last night and tried to sleep with it. I tried a new technique using the duro sleeve from the bell and adding pieces of total man to the base of my penis. I also used some micropore tape at the top to keep myself from retracting into the sleeve. I only lasted 2 hrs though as the tape got uncormfortable. I’ll keep experimenting.

I stay up much later than her so she’s sleeping while I’m finishing up the above training. I need to get better with training when she’s around starting this weekend. Let go!

That's a hard situation brother. We make the best with what we got.

If I'm on the phone with someone, or I need to use my LENGTHMASTER 3, I just say that I "need to stretch". But my situation is diffrent, I'm all alone, no one to bother me. But to say "I need to stretch" is a good phrase I think. They think you are going to stretch out your muscles, but you are in fact doing PE.

Maybe this phrase can work for you.

You are correct, I'm lucky. I like being alone as well.
I could never do this intensity, if I had a woman or other people bothering me all the time.
 
Ya. It’s hard to get the training in when she’s around. In fact. I have a disappointing update to yesterday training. I wasn’t able to do the second length master and total man vacum session. Just didn’t have the time
I understand it's hard. Can you set boundaries up in regard to your home, so you can train with complete privacy? Just trying to help out.

Here is the rub, she loves that I’m way bigger than average. Hell she dirty talks about it all the time when we have sex. She also loves how big my flaccid hang is now cause of PE and makes comments about it all the time. She hates the time it take away from us hanging out and she’s worried I will get to big because I already make her sore and we needs lots of lube and me going slow to fit if we haven’t had sex in a while (this just happened yesterday). It’s just on I going struggle to let her give me time to train…..

I actually just measured my stretch flaccid bone pressed length this morning at just over 8” and I know my erect girth is 6.25”. I measured my stretched flaccid cause I read it’s the easiest way to track progress since you don’t need to worry about getting erect and erection quality. I know my erect bone pressed length is a little less

Thanks buddy. Of course we always want more. I will say I’m happy with flaccid hang gains cause before this I was always a grower. Hell even my last ex made fun of me for it one time when she woke up and I was changing for work. She often tried to cut me down at time cause she was insecure and it was attempt to make herself feel better. My best measurement erect was 8” bone pressed after oral sex during my last PE run.

Brother, focus on your happiness if you know you don't have a future with your current girl. Don't stop PE to please anyone, it doesn't end well. Do PE for you.

What was your starting size in girth, how long did it take you to get to 6.25 inches in girth?
 
So I am new to the forum. Lurked for a couple days before making my first post in the intro thread. I started PE last year with the phallosan forte. Didn’t gain much (.25-.5” length and .25” girth after a little more than 6 months) but I learned from my mistakes and have a new plan in place. I had to take a break from a blister which happened before I learned about m3 tape. I will lay out my start and mistakes and my learning process this weekend when I have more time. I have a new plan now. I have new tools on their way but I wanted to start with my first post in the log today but my new plan won’t start until the new tools arrive. I plan to do SRT once those tools arrive. I started working from home during the pandemic and then found a new job which is from home even after so I got the time….

today’s training:

i got up late for work and had to rush then had back to back to back meetings to lunch which cut into my PE time so not my best today

Phallosan forte bell attached to the penimaster
leg belt under my desk while working - 4 hrs after lunch. Normally I would like this to be 6 hrs but like I said I got a late start today

right after I put on the total man sleeve for passive healing for around 2 hrs before dinner

after dinner - two hours using the phallosan bell with the total man frame for stretching while watching tv.

I will put the total man sleeve on again for bed

current measurements

none bone pressed erect length: 6.75” most days but sometimes I get 7” but I think this is only after PE so I don’t currently count it so 6.75” is what I am going with

bone pressed erect length: 7.75” and again sometimes 8” based erection quality and PE but again I don’t count it so 7.75” is what I am going with

erect girth: I have always been well above average here so I am focusing on length more. When I started PE I was 6” but now I am consistently 6.25” and I don’t even train it

Goal: 8” none bone pressed length. Length is what I care about at the moment since my girth is really good. After that I will concentrate on a little more girth to get close to 7”

I see, you started at a big size. You can get to 10 inches easily. That's a 2.5 inches length gain which is very doable.
 
Yesterday I took a rest day. My girl needed help with her final assignment of the semester so we spent all day working on it then went out for Mexican food and margaritas to celebrate her handing it in

Some how I missed this post. I actually had 6” girth before I ever tried PE. Not sure how long it took to hit 6.25” since I got focusing on length with an ads first time around. It just happened along the way that I got another .25 not even trying for it and yep I’m doing PE for me. I already feel way more confident with the huge flaccid hang it has caused

You are one very lucky man. Only a few people start with a girth of 6 inches.
