So I am new to the forum. Lurked for a couple days before making my first post in the intro thread. I started PE last year with the phallosan forte. Didn’t gain much (.25-.5” length and .25” girth after a little more than 6 months) but I learned from my mistakes and have a new plan in place. I had to take a break from a blister which happened before I learned about m3 tape. I will lay out my start and mistakes and my learning process this weekend when I have more time. I have a new plan now. I have new tools on their way but I wanted to start with my first post in the log today but my new plan won’t start until the new tools arrive. I plan to do SRT once those tools arrive. I started working from home during the pandemic and then found a new job which is from home even after so I got the time….

today’s training:

i got up late for work and had to rush then had back to back to back meetings to lunch which cut into my PE time so not my best today

Phallosan forte bell attached to the penimaster
leg belt under my desk while working - 4 hrs after lunch. Normally I would like this to be 6 hrs but like I said I got a late start today

right after I put on the total man sleeve for passive healing for around 2 hrs before dinner

after dinner - two hours using the phallosan bell with the total man frame for stretching while watching tv.

I will put the total man sleeve on again for bed

current measurements

none bone pressed erect length: 6.75” most days but sometimes I get 7” but I think this is only after PE so I don’t currently count it so 6.75” is what I am going with

bone pressed erect length: 7.75” and again sometimes 8” based erection quality and PE but again I don’t count it so 7.75” is what I am going with

erect girth: I have always been well above average here so I am focusing on length more. When I started PE I was 6” but now I am consistently 6.25” and I don’t even train it

Goal: 8” none bone pressed length. Length is what I care about at the moment since my girth is really good. After that I will concentrate on a little more girth to get close to 7”
 
Make sure you get yourself a length master. YOu need to do be doing bundled length master exercises and try to wear your Phallosan Forte for 4 to 6 hours daily. But you can ignore the Phallosan Forte and use only the length master because the Phallosan is shit and lack intensity. Use the length master for 1 hour daily (20mins three sets). Once you get the length master, we will guide you here. Buy the uncle jim wrap to use for healing in an elongated state

Thanks! I’m going to go through the program in detail this weekend. I’ll let you know if any other links aren’t working. I want to get the length master but I need to wait a little bit. Money is tight and I just spent a couple hundred bucks on PE. I am going to try to do the SRT stretches manually until I can afford the length master
 
What PE-tools (equipment) are you waiting for that you have on order?
I have issues with the phallosan bell slipping off so I bought the total man bell and accessories. I just started to use the total man frame but I have been using with the phallosan bell. I also have the neck strap for the silistretcher coming to wear the bell at night. I’m a side sleeper so I could never sleep with the phallosan on cause I switch sides through the night and I’m long enough where the phallosan was close to my hip plus it would come off at night with the sunction loss. I bought the matters of size digital scale also and the grip powder. I also got the total man weight hanger to try weight hanging for the first time and the total man leg strap for ADS
 
You seem to have all Passive PE-equipment. As @huge-girth suggested. I know you stated money is tight and you spent all your budget. You should consider saving for the Lengthmaster, it's an Active PE tool, which you use for about 45-60 minutes a day.It will really complement your P-Extender usage and promote better PE Length gains.
Ya. I see that now. I have been learning more and more. I thought these devices were active but now I see they are more passive to anchor the gains. I will definitely save for the length master. The good news is I train strength so I am super strong. I am going to try and start the stretches manually. The total man bell has a hook so I think I use that to start the stretches since it gives me something to grab onto. Thanks for the feedback

Whatever manual routine you come up with, ensure you are spending a minimum of 30mins doing it together with your extender. 4 hours to 6 hours with your extender and 30mins manual workout daily. You can still gain 1 inch in length with this setup.

Todays training. Exactly the same as yesterday. I again woke up late so I could only get in 4 hrs pre dinner In the phallosan bell and total man Frame and another 2 after for a total of six hrs. My neck attachment from matters of size came though so I will start wearing my phallosan bell at night at a low setting instead of the total man sleeve. Also, I really started feeling the stretch today and at certain points needs to take a break as the stretch definately felt like I getting fatigued. I order the length master as I showed above….I plan to start the SRT program full force once it comes. The plan is 30 mins of stretches with the length master SRT program then right into ADS as long as I can (6-8 hrs)
 
Sorry one more note….i figured something out with the total man frame tonight since I only just started using it cause the other bases where too tight on my girth. The total man base is a 2.25” U base and until this point I had the U facing up but it’s way way better with the U down. Feels great. The sizegentics frame was killing me and it’s considered big but I had literal visual signs of skin issues from it and it got tender but with the total Man U facing down its feels great
 
Training as I type. Little late with training cause of work and the gym but over 3 hours in the phallosan bell and total man frame as I type. I’m a late night guy so plan is 6-7 before the night is over. My new tools including the length master are on the way and should be here around Wednesday- Thursday next week
 
Oh. One more thing. I learned something new today. I ditched the phallosan cap. Until now I was using 3m taping and the cap but the cap does nothing and in fact makes things worse cause as it slips off due to the suction it pops up and clogs the air suction holes. When I was just using the cap I was getting redness, purple and blisters. That’s when I learned about the 3m tape and it made a world of difference but I kept the Phallosan cap on top as extra perfection but it really does nothing and like I mentioned makes things worse as it pops off and blocks the suction holes. Today I started without and it’s way better

So it’s the weekend so time to catch up on the log an comment on my PE journey till this point. I found out about PE from watching a video by Derek from more plates more dates on YouTube and that when I bought the phallosan forte and bath mate because he mentioned them. I didn’t use the bath mate long cause like I mentioned my girth is naturally big. I did use the phallosan for 6 months and I wasn’t happy with the results. I analyzed the the reason though. I felt the belt wasn’t really stretching me and was pulling into my body. I saw another YouTube video by a guy named baseem who recommended the penimaster and it made sense cause it had the versatile belt that wrapped around the knee for a more active stretch and the rod system. However the penimaster made me glans super purple and I actually got a blister which required time off to heal……this is when I learned about 3m tape from the internet but I couldn’t use it with the penimaster…..so back to the phallosan so I bought the plus and I couldn’t even use it. The base is so dam narrow and didn’t work for my girth and there weren’t enough rods and they don’t sell rods seperately. What I did though was use it with the penimaster base which is wider but it was still tight so I researched and bought the size genetics base and luckily the rods work with the phallosan and they sell rods seperately and I was using the phallosan bell with the penimaster belt around the knee during the day while working. However I actually even gained a 1/4” girth not even focusing on it. And that brings us today. I bought the total man frame cause it has 2.25” base width with the open U. I have there bell coming and leg ADS for stretching while working and now I bought the length master based on recommendations from members here. So the new plan is length master SRT stretches morning, total man leg attachment ADS while working at home during the day then total man frame stretching at night. It’s been a journey……ready for the next phase. No quit in me!
 
Today: I trained strongman outside today. Right now PE training…..on hour 4 and the plan is 6 in the Phallosan bell but total 6 at the end before bed. The matters of size strap is short for me. I am tall at 6’2” but not super tall…..I will try the strap tonight while I sleep though
 
So I took Sunday off from Pe. My first day off in while. Today I spent 7 hrs in the phallosan bell and penimaster belt. My length master came today. Work just picked up again but I plan to wake up tomorrow and start the beginner routine posted by “huge girth”……let’s go!

I was definitely careful and started light. For the first round my wrap was terrible but it got better on the second and third sets. This is like anything with PE where I will get better with it overtime and get accustomed to it. After that I went back in the phallosan with the total man Frame for 3 hrs. I wanted to do 4 hrs but I was falling asleep

Good for you! I am happy you have patience and it went well in the end. It only gets better from here
 
Today’s training. 5 hrs in the phallosan bell with the penimaster belt pre dinner. Then I did 20 mins of the beginner length master routine. Then back in the phallosan bell and total man frame for another 2.5 hours. I put a passive sleeve on right after. So today I cut the AC bandage down to 3 feet making it easier to get a good wrap when using the length master cause the original 5.5-6 feet length made wrapping tough an awkward. I think I am getting the hang of this (pun intended) slowly.
 
One more note. The total man site recommends compression hanging as his top active form of PE. Well the lengthmaster 3 doubles as a compression hanger so once I am done with the 30 day beginning routine I plan to throw in compression hanging as another round of active PE.
 
Huge update today. My total man stuff came today and I absolutely love it. I have it on right now and it is by far for the best vacuum system I have ever tried. I knew I already loved their frame cause it’s base is an open U at 2.25” diameter which is amazing cause my girth is 6.25” and all the other brands were too tight but their vacuum cambers are amazing also. You can feel the quality. I have around 10 lbs resistance on right now in the frame and it hasn’t budge at all. With the Phallosan I had to check it constantly and Even used work arounds like tape around the sleeve and bell connection etc and it still slid. This is soo much better. And their leg strap looks amazing. I get to try that out tomorrow under my desk while I work from home. I totally recommend the total man system. It’s also super well priced and they have great customer service

today’s training:
My cleaning lady came so that killed my morning so no PE until late afternoon so 2 hrs in the phallosan bell with the penimaster strap before dinner

after dinner and I did the SRT beginner routine with the length master. I get more and more comfortable with this all the time.

then right into the total man bell and frame. Absolutely love this system. Currently have it on and plan to do a total of 3 hrs before bed
 
I honestly can’t get over how much better the total man vacuum chamber is
Than phallosan. I upped the tension even more last night and it didn’t slip 1mm. I have it on while working and I don’t even need to check it. I had to check the phallosan constantly. This chamber is amazing! Another cool thing is that I am back to using the phallosan cap onto of taping for extra protection and no issues with it slipping off and blocking the suction holes like the phallosan
 
So I am late updating the log but I have been training. My girlfriend surprised me calling me late Friday saying she was coming directly to me after traveling so I wasnt able to get in as much training as I wanted to but still got some in. She knows I do PE and I just started when I met her and told her about it since she very open about stuff. She supported my training before but now she’s complaining I’m getting to big so I don’t mention my training as much. I definitely don’t want her seeing the length master because it’s an intimidating piece of equipment. Here is how training went this weekend:

Friday 9/16

5 hrs in the total man bell with the leg strap. I really can’t say enough good things about this system. I use to have to check the phallosan constantly during work but the total man didn’t budge at all in 5 hrs. The connection feels rock solid. My girlfriend called saying she was coming so I hurried and got in 20 mins of the beginning SRT routine with the length master. Normally I would put the ADS back on after but I didn’t have the time with her coming.

Saturday 9/17
she was with me all day so I was only able to get in 5 hrs with the total man bell and leg strap

Today: have the total Man bell And leg strap as I type
 
That makes sense. It helps that I usually stay up later than her so I will try and do some manual work when she’s over to stay on track

Haha. Nice and I see it the same way. Women have so many options to improve their bodies. I work from home full time so this is actually easy for me and doesn’t interfere with my daily life. But ya, we had another talk about it this weekend. Wish she would support like she did before we were dating.
 
Great training today. So when I was using the phallosan bell with the penimaster strap like I previously mentioned I had to check it constantly due to slippage even when tapping the sleeve to the bell and putting tape around the sleeve shaft it still needed adjustments throughout the day and I took it off when standing up cause it wasn’t a great connection, well I tested walking with the total man bell and leg strap and it’s perfect. Still rock solid and doesn’t move so I can keep it on even when walking around. I actually feel confident enough that I am going to try it to outside with loose workout pants tomorrow cause the accordion vacuum detaches unlike the phallosan which stays attached making it bulkier.. plus totalman sells a spandex sleeve which I picked up that goes over the bells and silicone sleeve making is slide on the leg easily which I think is fantastic and you can feel the difference. No friction on the leg so you get the total stretch.

Todays training:
4 hrs total man bell and strap after lunch while working

length master SRT beginner routine 20mins after the gym

back in the total man bell and leg strap. Goal is 3-4 hrs before bed
 
Today training went great. Since I can easily walk around with the total man bell my time using it has increased:

6.5 hrs in the total man bell
And leg strap working before dinner

SRT length master beginner program 20mins

right back in the total man bell and frame. Close to 3 hrs as I type but goal is 3.5 hrs before bed for 10 hrs total time today

this is when the stress happened. I went to put my total man bell on again and noticed the blue stopper popped off somewhere so I thought no big deal since totalman mentioned it’s an extra precaution and it will work without. Well….wrong. It started to slip right away even without attaching the strap. I looked but couldn’t find it cause this thing is small and my place is all blues, greys and whites etc so that doesn’t help since it blends in. I tried a tighter sleeve and putting tape on the top but no luck. The stopper isn’t expensive but totalman is out of Australia and I’m in the USA so shipping is a bitch. I would definitely stock up on other stuff if I needed to order due to shipping. I went back with my phone light on close to the ground scanning a carefully and slow and retraced my steps and thank god! I found it!

so I’m back in the bell and the plan is at least 3 hrs to make a total of 10 hrs today. I need to make sure I keep track on this stopper cause it’s necessary.

note: my (4) 2.5 lb weight plates come tomorrow and I found my change plates of .25-1.25 so I plan to add a compression hanging session for a second active PE session on top of length master stretching and the bell as long as I can after and before both.

Set 1 - 2.5 lbs for 10 mins
Set 2 - 3.75 lbs for 10 mins, felt good. I think I can try little more next time but I’ll go slow

3 more hrs in the bell and strap before dinner

20 mins SRT lengthmaster beginner routine. Believe this is day 8 but I’ll double after the post and edit if needed

back in the total man bell and strap. I have to work late anyway. Goal is another 4 hrs for 10 total today
