Couple questions

2 questions. Just recd my LM and was curious the purpose of the extra bolts? Are they for different girth sizes? Also, I noticed the bottom of the hole where the bolts go thru wasn't drilled to allow the square on the bolt to fit, normal?

OK, so need to worry about the bolt head not fitting flush. I did send an email to Mos as an item was missing from my order. Waiting for a response.
