Correct way to measure "base girth"

I have this question about properly measuring base girth.
When I was measuring girth recently I found out that there is quite a difference (at least for me) when I measure around my base when my penis is non-bone-pressed and when it is bone-pressed. What do you usually use as the base girth measurement?
 
Base girth is the top part of the shaft, and you can have two measurement being flaccid and erect.

Go with that, you may not get right to the extreme base, and that doesn't matter. Just use the same area each time.
 
Without pushing your measuring fat and base girth. You need to expose the shaft with the fat pulled back. Based girth is not something that we usually measure because it grows exponentially compared to other parts. With girth the best measurement to make is mid shaft.

The only exercise that can spot train along the shaft would be the SlowSquashJelq. Due to the two handed grip you can isolate any point on the shaft to bring symmetry. The SSJ has been a huge help for so many men who found it difficult to gain girth. Also keep in mind that the SSJ is used in the 5×5×3, so if you’re pumping check that out.

Also, one more quick question. Isn´t there a risk that SSJ will cause the penis to become shorter, even just by a little bit? I would logically think so because of the mechanics of the SSJ, when you are literally pushing the penis inward..but I dont know, maybe Im wrong.

some men actual lose length when doing girth exercises (me included) say you gained 1/4 of girth you might lose or not 1/4 inch in length so its best to carry on with length exercises just in case you do

not at all, as a matter of fact length exercises complement girth growth and girth exercises complement length growth. I did an extensive study on this which I will link below. The SSJ is a totally necessary exercise if you wanna pack on girth the fastest way. The only thing more powerful is the 5×5×3.

I doubt if you have been consistently training over the last year. I know you will surely log into the forum soon and you will see this comment. Don't give up on your quest to have your dream penis.
