So.. when i get an erection as i sit or stand my CORPUS SPONGIOSUM will fill up, but if i trie to lay down or lay back the blood immediatly leaves the CORPUS SPONGIOSUM .... Offcourse the other 2 chambers stay engorged. Maybe i was a manwhore in my past life and now i have to suffer <

The Spongiosum does not become rigid of even filled in the same way as the Cavernosum and this should be little worry to anyone. The Spongiosum does not contain the cavernous cavities as the Cavernosum does thus it does not hold blood in the same way.

yeah I have some problems with this too. I remember the cs to be rock hard in my teens and its almost soft.
kegels might help with this. a normal bc kegel fills and hardens the cs for me

The spongiosum is very difficult to isolate and to enlarge, it is part of the glans of the penis so reverse, head squeezes while trapped at the base would be the best way to approach enlargement.
