Collagen supplementation

Hey all! Has been a while. But still here and healthy.

When I first started my journey 4 years ago, I had impressive newbie gains (6.5" to 7.9"), then got complacent and stopped. I didn't cement gains, and eventually lost close to 50%. I've gained some back (~.25").

In planning my next round of PE, I had an epiphany. One thing I was doing that first time that may have had significant impact was taking a collagen protein daily.

Could collagen supplementing make such a large impact? I just ordered some collagen protein and we'll see if it makes a difference as I've been doing PE consistently for about 3 months straight.

Collagen is very important especially to girth, not to mention the awesome properties in skin repair. We sell a lamp called the MOS read and this produces and promotes collagen. I have also been looking at some of the collagen supplements out there and I’m thinking maybe we will add this to our store.

Will it make a difference? Definitely an especially if you stick with it. Remember a collagen supplement is a supplement not a cure so it will need to be used for as long as you want these results. Collagen simply slips away as we get older.
