I've tried being resourceful, and calling the site tech support...but like most companies seem to do these days you outsource your first rate tech support to a third world country. LOL. The Indian lady I spoke with was very nice, but could not seem to grasp the idea that I wanted to order extra rods WITH the stretcher vs. after I recieved it. She kept telling me to open to page 16 and to tell her the part #....um, how do I tell her that I dont have a stretcher yet so I obviously dont have a manual to open...she couldnt figure that out no matter how I tried to explain it. Shouldnt she know the part #'s or have a list of the parts/part #'s?? I guess most of your customers probably dont start out with a flaccid bone pressed stretched length of 9"+ like I've got.
