Yes .. I was able to pull it harder today .. i wonder was it becouse of the light ? And i feel hit into deep tissue and even i get erect whenever i get near that light.. even i was sweating .. it was a great pull and no pain as well even i didn’t get bump in my penis this time .

Just keep it consistent and stretch with high intensity (like your life depends on it 😊), and keep increasing the intensity progressively as you progress, and you should gain fast. I believe you; I became obsessed with it.

It's okey to have rest days, but they should be planned, and not due to lack of dicipline.

Personally I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day rest and then repeat. Sometimes I take 2 days rest, but not often.

Since i am doing beginner training.. is it okay to workout 6 days and take 1 day rest ? Or i should rest ech 3 day for 1 day
