), and keep increasing the intensity progressively as you progress, and you should gain fast. I believe you; I became obsessed with it.
It's okey to have rest days, but they should be planned, and not due to lack of dicipline.
Personally I'm doing 3 days on, 1 day rest and then repeat. Sometimes I take 2 days rest, but not often.
