Yes, i've used it and it works like that... five minutes after injecting you start to feel it get hard and once it's fully erect, the shaft is rock solid. Even after you cum it stays rock hard... my experience was that after i cum, the head goes soft but the shaft stays hard so you can fuck until you run out of breath. You will definitely wear out before your erection does...

Yes it works. I had my first 6 hour erection last night. I don't recommend that though. Ouch and double ouch.
