I’ve been in and out of PE for over 20 years and decided it’s time to restart my journey again with clear goals and proper logging. I’ve had several start and stop phases, but every time I returned, I gain a somewhat temporary boost in size. Even after 20 years of long breaks, I believe I am bigger than I would have been having not done any PE at all. Overtime, the gains decline and once I notice my penis feels small, I start again. This time the plan is to stay consistent and disciplined, focusing on both length and girth. Primarily on girth.
My plan is to actually cement gains.
