Can't make mityvac hydro pump work

I tried to find complete guide for water pumping with mityvac. I watched what i found. But i break my head trying to understand if im doing something wrong or its just broken.
Air pump works just fine.
But when i attach the water part in the middle as shown in pictures and videos. It doesnt pump at all.
I pressed the gun over and over and over and nothing happend besides water spitting.
My penis doesnt get any vacuum effect and the pressure count return to 0 after every pump.
I fill the cilynder fully. Put my dick inside. And pump. Thats it. But nothing happend. I see water flowing to the middle tank. Eventually water starts to go out from the gun itself..i tried for an hour. Eventually i did felt some vacuum but it was so slow that it seems like i can't pump fast enough in order to get to even decent vaccum. And my hands just got tired. And with all that difficulties i suppose to maintain an erection..
Im just losing it.
Please help

You do not need to fill the entire chamber with water.You can use a minimal amount to get the vacuum you patient with yourself as you find what works best

But i read here on the forum that people say not to leave air pockets. So how much water is optimal? And if not all my penis is inside water is it really count water pumping? (Minimizing air pumping risk etc)

I finally managed to use it as water pump.
I ran into general post in other forum. I wish i would see such instructions first.

What you wanna do is take the cylinder first disconnected from the tube. Fill it with water. Put the penis inside. Flip the cylinder to point up. Make sure you have small air pocket at the top.
Now connect the tube to the cylinder while the tube and the pump gun are higher then the cylinder. And pump.

Yesterday i was filling the cylinder while it's connected to the tube already and all the water was flowing to the tube and up to the pump gun which was messing it up completely and it couldn't pump properly.

So now it works perfectly. However still not sure i felt significant benefit from water over air.
I didn't come out bigger than on air, and didn't felt i can go beyond 5hg (same with air).

If you need more info, let us know. Brother @trustr1 described it very well. With the larger water reservoir mod, you can do this without the worries of flooding the pump gun. I'm using the mod now and it's fun to see how much water being collected.

This is the Bathmate's methods for out of the shower area as well. Fill, stick in, pump out to prime the pressure, walk to comfortable area and sit, pump, stare at the growing penis, smile, more pumping.

Make sure there is no air bubble formed anywhere as best as you can. Air bubbles/pockets allows compression, which defeats the water pumping. No compression brings out the beefiness of the penis because of the equalization of pressure all around the penis. It minimizes any fluid buildup and maximize development for the inner tissues. You won't see it, but you can feel it.
