can i PE and use hirudoid cream for lump ??

can i also take aspirin in morning ????
i also have herbal pills the increase blood flow to penis so what combination should i go with ???

1. PE , aspirin and cream or
2.PE , herbal pills and cream ????
3. PE , herbal pills, aspirin and cream ???

regarding hirudoid cream......

PE, aspirin (low dosage) and Hirudoid cream or gel (gel will absorb faster, if you are in a hurry).
I don't know so much about those herbal pills.

I don't see why you couldn't use the cream (or gel) in the morning and do some PE after it has soaked in properly.
The other way around, you can try, why not. I'd go with applying the cream first and then doing your PE after a while.

Hey!

The cream you can use together with the herbal pills, should be OK. I don't know Ayurvedic medicines very well, so it's your body and you're responsible for it.
That being said, I myself might only take aspirin and use the cream. Or then only use the herbal pills and cream, without using the aspirin. If the herbal pills do aid the blood flow to the penis, then aspirin might be kind of over-the-top with the herbal pills.

Warm massages are also advised and as said, if it is there for longer time or suddenly becomes painful, go see a doctor. Take care of your one-eyed snake!
