Can a regular US resident own a Minigun???

Ever since the first time I saw Predator.....mainly the best scene in cinematic history, where Mack, Arnold and the other dudes in their elite task force are unloading thier clips (and the minigun mack took from his slain buddy Jesse Ventura) into the Cambodian Jungle, ripping down about an acre of forest for nothing.......Iwas in awe at the sheer force ,I needed to fire off a damn Minigun before my life was complete.....Id like to try it on a cow or some raccoons (a 12 guage aint enough any more)

Alas, the new predator has no miniguns and no Arnie.....to feed my insatiable need.....And today I have come across these pics.....Some crazy bastard with a Minigun attached to his ATV......

Do you guys need some hard-to-get licences for that or what....I knew the states gun laws are unreal, BUT IS THIS POSSIBLE???

I shall move to the states for the only sane reason possible......Mounting the largest gas powered death dealing peice of metal, to my lawn mower.

Thats pretty illegal, most of the America has full-auto prevention. Only semi-auto weapons. But maybe he has rebuilt it, but there are so much bullets in there so.. that makes me wonder. Because the only allowed is 10 bullets per clip, i dont know how it is for bigger guns. And another thing, im not American.

If he has a Class A firearms license he can own it, but those are hard to get. It could be a semi-auto knock off, which would be legal. As for the round capacity thing, it depends on when the weapon was made. That law has only been on the books since slimeball signed it in 1994, so pre-'94 can hold all it wants and still be legal to own-- just not produce new.

1. I'm Canadian, and we have just as many or more guns per household as Americans.....Just we (me) use em on Raccoons and other small Vermin, not people......
