So for an hour at a time and try to add to it as you can. The skin is still stretching and it will feel this way until the stretches to the point of gain. Skin is always stretch before tissue because it’s very easy to stretch.

Gaiter bite can be fought against with a sleeve. Many ways to get away from the bite. Anyway, in my experience the bite was more of an issue with the old Hercules and Goliath models due to different composition of gaiter material. With later models I feel the issue was corrected, even without the "comfort insert" I haven't experienced bad bite anymore.
 
I've used the Silisleeves succesfully while pumping. Duros I haven't tested yet while pumping. One could also use cockrings. And of course, keeping the area clean of long pubic hair does wonders for the suction.

Warm up properly before using the pump. You can do the first set with easy intensity and then progress in force, especially when using the 5x5x3 method.

There are many ways to gain. Certain lines are put out here in MOS but it would be interesting if people would also try things for themselves. Reading along the lines and modifying a routine for yourself.
While many routines are tried and true, experimentation is a big thing.
(With this said, I've used pocket pussies etc., as a sleeve before ...)

Interesting! I have the flesh light how do you use pocket pussy for a sleeve
 
I had thought about that, prior to ordering the silisleev and Duro, but it is just too soft and bulky.

Have only used mine a few times. Wasn't too impressed to be honest. Thinking of putting it on my exhaust pipe for flair.... ??
 
SS.2.0 is not the issue! It's me going max pressure with extended duration. Now I realize the gaiter is next to the base of my pee pee(xd)(right side) which cause pain when I use the SS
