Whole PE thing is a struggle lets be honest, this is not childs play or thing for mentally small people.
I think the problem is that in the last few months I have totally ignored the signs of overtraining, but read till thr end bro.
My current routine consists of
ssj and internal stretching. As for the program itself, I am very satisfied because I manage to cover all areas of the penis (length / circumference) and at the end of each session my penis is much bigger and longer, it feels much better in the hand and the tissue is significantly expanded, as for the work on the penis as I said at the end of training it is visibly enlarged and very massive and heavy from so much blood concentration in shaft.
This means that it is not a bad work plan, but I did not allow the tissue to repair itself, I had heavy sessions every day for a long time and I simply lost track of how much force I use for better expansion, resulting in 0 gains in the last few months. .
I came to that conclusion a few days ago to actually push a lot and now I'm going slowly so I'll see what happens, but from January 2020 until now I've made a big shift with this routine.
