Bundling during weight hanging. Intense session!

Whole PE thing is a struggle lets be honest, this is not childs play or thing for mentally small people.

I think the problem is that in the last few months I have totally ignored the signs of overtraining, but read till thr end bro.

My current routine consists of ssj and internal stretching. As for the program itself, I am very satisfied because I manage to cover all areas of the penis (length / circumference) and at the end of each session my penis is much bigger and longer, it feels much better in the hand and the tissue is significantly expanded, as for the work on the penis as I said at the end of training it is visibly enlarged and very massive and heavy from so much blood concentration in shaft.

This means that it is not a bad work plan, but I did not allow the tissue to repair itself, I had heavy sessions every day for a long time and I simply lost track of how much force I use for better expansion, resulting in 0 gains in the last few months. .

I came to that conclusion a few days ago to actually push a lot and now I'm going slowly so I'll see what happens, but from January 2020 until now I've made a big shift with this routine.

Great write up I appreciate it my brother. I am so happy that you have figured out that healing is just as important as growing. I don’t know if you had a chance to read the SRT thread but it really explains how we gain and heal in the best way

Actually Mike, I was reading SRT years ago and essentials of the thread was great to be learned such as healing and bundles, but most of my knowledge comes from the experience (6 years on and off) I think.
I salvaged some time to write this all up and I hope you dont mind my MoS offline mode because I really appreciate what I found here just dont have much time to contribute here...

yeah I done bundled hanging then a set of bundled stretching that I am going to rotate manual and pumping.

Bundled stretching is probably the best exercise I ever created. What strange as I came out with this 15 years ago and nobody really used it until I realized what it really was doing. When I realized that it was expanding and pre-stretching the tunica it went gangbusters! Every single brother should be doing some sort of bundle stretching

Bundles can be used as solo routine as well, great exercise!

indeed! Bundles can be done as a complete length routine. In my head I think why not do all stretches bundled? It is very powerful so I think it should be done.

Exactly, keep it bundled through all directions and you just feel the stretch on much more different level, every fresh newbie gotta acknowledge that to progress faster.

I realized that stretching it in bundled grip, when I find a sweet spot I am able to feel my inner part of the shaft begins to stretch and it feels very productive in terms of overall stretching of the unit. DLD here is not talking bullshit all the time alright...


BUNDLE MANUAL STRETCH thats what it is, or with LM whatever... I personally prefer manual because results depends all on myself and thats the beauty of it...gotta be hard, no pain no gain brothers...
