Bumps on my penis

I've always had these bumps on my penis since like I was thirteen do anybody have any advice for me to get rid of them

Need a little more information as bumps could span from pearly penile pauples to thrombosis. If they have been present since such a young age I would assume they were pearly penile pauples, being completely normal.

Not to my knowledge, as these are quite normal with many men the need for a therapy has never been present unless I missed something.
