Building a time efficient routine

I've been on and off here for a few years. Been busy as hell but want to fit in an effective and passive routine. Here is what I've come up with in my research would love some advice and input.

Daily routine:

Keep penis wrapped in cotton or wool cloth all day to elongate.

10min red light warm up
Bundled stretches 30-45min

Hydro extreme
40min 3x 5min plus 5min warm up in chamber

Wrapping penis all night while I sleep or penimaster belt for 3-4hr while I sleep then remove at midnight.

I'm trying to implement 4hr of traction also before the bundled stretches as I've heard its important to have traction to split the cells but then to also keep it elongated to set the cells in the new postion.

I work all day in a very labourers job so can't have any all day stretches hence why I keep it wrapped. I then manage my business from home in the arvo so have very little time to do any exercises hence why I'm trying to keep it mostly passive.

I move this personal routine and exercise building to the Routines and Progress as your personal log page. You can change the title to whatever you like as well for long term tracking of your PE journey.

Try to apply a bit of heat for 5 minutes before the bundle stretches. If you're using the medical grade soft clamp for grip strength, you can continuously apply heat while doing stretches. That will give you the best result.

For the Hydro Xtreme, record what pressure, how many pumps, or at what suction level you're pushing for. You can use the length markers along the cylinder to provide us info on how much pressure you're using. This will give us a tracking method to see what pressure is best for you.

Overall, you're getting a good workout to get things back up and running again.

Thanks for that yeah i forgot to mention i use red light to warm up before bundeld stretches.
