I've been on and off here for a few years. Been busy as hell but want to fit in an effective and passive routine. Here is what I've come up with in my research would love some advice and input.
Daily routine:
Keep penis wrapped in cotton or wool cloth all day to elongate.
10min red light warm up
Bundled stretches 30-45min
Hydro extreme
40min 3x 5min plus 5min warm up in chamber
Wrapping penis all night while I sleep or penimaster belt for 3-4hr while I sleep then remove at midnight.
I'm trying to implement 4hr of traction also before the bundled stretches as I've heard its important to have traction to split the cells but then to also keep it elongated to set the cells in the new postion.
I work all day in a very labourers job so can't have any all day stretches hence why I keep it wrapped. I then manage my business from home in the arvo so have very little time to do any exercises hence why I'm trying to keep it mostly passive.
