Bornsinners 1st ever routine (;

Ok here’s my 1st progress thread I will be keeping track now via mos and hopefully I can stay consistent and do my routine every day





Am/pm

10 minutes bundle stretching via length master

Left 2 minutes

Right 2 minutes

Up 2 minutes

Down 2 minutes

Rotary 2 minutes





20 minutes stretching via power assist

(10 minutes am, 20 minutes pm)

5 minutes body rock stretch

5 minutes side fulcrum stretch

5 minutes bow and arrow stretch

5 minutes tunica fulcrum stretch



Pm

21 minutes bathmate xtreme

5-6-10

ssj’s in between each set



I will start this routine tomorrow and maybe change certain times or excersises depending on how I feel and trial and error, hopefully I can win a phallosan and incorporate that into my routine as well (:

That's a heavy work load...you might want to consider a few days off during the week.

I understand the excitement of something new and the desire to map out EVERY DAY as an explosive routine. Remember that REST is just as important here.

I am not trying to discourage you - quite the opposite. My eagerness led to early burnout for me until I got back on the horse.

We'll be watching...
 
The other things I would say regarding the Bathmate (at least in my experience) is this:

1. Amazing tool. Should be in every PE arsenal.
2. I tend to do 12-16 mins max in a session, broken up. (5/5/5, 4/5/6, 3/4/5)
3. Don't be afraid to re-pump mid interval: sometimes I will empty the chamber, refill, and re-pump at 2:50 in a 5 minute block. Sometimes I will re-pump 3 times in a 6 minute block. I find I can expand further this way.
4. If you don't have one with a suction ball on the end, use a small silicone ring and a wine vac pump(used to pull air out of a wine bottle) as a secondary vacuum. Makes a big difference.

I definitely understand I was just really excited for my new bathmate haha but I respect your advice that’s why we’re here so for th 1st week I’ll cut that total stretching time in half so instead of 10 mins bundle stretching I’ll start with 5 etc just to see how I feel and I’ll take it from there & I really appreciate your bathmate advice I don’t need the wine vac bc I have the xtreme with the handball pump but I’ll give that routine a try and see how I like it thanks man really means a lot that I’m getting some genuine help along this journey. ??

I am not a veteran but, that is a great routine. The best of luck on your Gains. Keep your brothers updated on your progress.

(Each stretch is done in 30-40 second increments depending on grip and how I feel but I’m writing them all as 30 second increments)

Wow these stretches were very powerful so I’m going to ease into them I definitely didn’t do it as long as my original plan haha but I felt good and I could tell my dick was stretched everytime I ended a 30 second stretch I love my length master (: also only pm stretching when I work on my days off I’ll be doing 2 sets of stretching 1 am and 1 pm

I’m so happy that you started the progress blog this is going to help us help you so much more because we can keep log on what you’re doing and how you’re gaining. It’s also good for people like you that are innovative because he probably will come out with some of your own Modifications. Now that you’ve added the Bathmate I think this routine’s going to kick some serious ass!
 
Yes I always found every excuse in the book to not stretch consistently. Now that I have my lengthmaster and this progress thread I hope to stay motivated until I love it as much as the bathmate. I had a fun session today so things are starting off great ? also who created the bow and arrow stretch on the power assist? That’s my favorite stretch now ??

Now that you have a progress thread we’re gonna keep you accountable. :D when people start to progress logs we were able to watch over it and remind you when you’re going off course. It will also allow us to motivate you to continue your work. And as you gain you’re going to inspire many who were looking on.

Quick review on bathmate xtreme just Incase you didn’t read the other thread or it was too long I’ll post what I like and what I didn’t like very simply

Like:
1. Super fast shipping
2. Great amount of accessories
3.much more powerful then the original
4.hand ball pump (no need for wine vac?)
5. Multiple ways of locking valve
6. No way you couldn’t expand and grow with the power of this thing ?

Don’t like:
1. Ruler that comes with it
2. Detachable base comfort pad (doesn’t create a good deal for me when using)
3. A little shorter then my original bathmate even tho they’re meant for the same size penis

Those are my likes and dislikes that I can think of right now any other questions you may have just let me I have it here and will learn more about it everyday as I use it ????
 
Great start Born. I am subscribed to follow your progress.

I have the X30 BM Xtreme as well and it has been a great tool to have. Just a heads up on the ruler that came with the BM. The one that came in my kit measures 1" shorter than any other ruler. You may want to check yours against a wooden ruler or other measuring tape to make sure yours is accurate
