yeah I know i'm on a high protein low fat low sugar diet my sugar is around like 100grams a day which is super low for me I always had a lot which is why I was fat. I don't get how people can eat below 50 grams of sugar a day not with the stuff you have to eat to be healthy.
* Breakfast: Oatmeal, and one scoop of whey protein mixed with Odwalla Multi-Nutritional mixed drink. If I’m still hungry I’ll have another glass. I have one Centrum multi-vitamin with breakfast.
* First Snack: Usually half of a sandwich with some type of meat turkey, tuna or roast beef on potato bread, and a low-fat yogurt.
* Lunch: Some sort of meat slices and a salad.
* Second Snack: Other half of a sandwich, and Nutri-Grain bar, glass of Odwalla multi-nutritional drink, and a yogurt.
* Pre-workout Snack: Nature Valley Peanut Butter bar, or some form of nuts. –Protein shake after workout.
* Dinner: Whatever my mother makes sure to get meat and a salad with dinner.
I'm on the treadmill doing HI cardio or just plain running and walking. For high intensity I do 15 minutes of cardio for just regular I do 30 minutes. I try to do
weights every other day at the very least.
