Hello, I haven't written anything for a long time, but I'm still working on the size. Great for me, today I raised my BPEL to 7.99.
I achieve the best results after this procedure:
1. Stretching in my spare time.
2. Jelqing in the tub for 20 minutes and then stretching.
3. Pump 2 × 20 minutes, once with the foreskin retracted and once with the foreskin in place.
4. Exercise your Kegel muscles for about 5-10 minutes in the supine position with a full erection.
Points 2, 3 and 4 follow each other, I finish training with an intense erection and go to sleep.
