Hello, I haven't written anything for a long time, but I'm still working on the size. Great for me, today I raised my BPEL to 7.99.

I achieve the best results after this procedure:

1. Stretching in my spare time.
2. Jelqing in the tub for 20 minutes and then stretching.
3. Pump 2 × 20 minutes, once with the foreskin retracted and once with the foreskin in place.
4. Exercise your Kegel muscles for about 5-10 minutes in the supine position with a full erection.

Points 2, 3 and 4 follow each other, I finish training with an intense erection and go to sleep.

Hi ?. I raised the results to 8.07 inches in length at max erection before training. Soon I will measure my NBPEL result and see if my short-term goal has been achieved ?.

Hello (hi), I haven't written anything for a long time, but nothing has changed in size, only the circumference increased to 5.63 inches(flex), in addition, I couldn't exercise because I was away for two weeks(dropmic). From today I start changing exercises to 5x5x3 as recommended by DLD, we will see how my cock reacts. 8-)

Glad to have you back and I’m so happy you’re going to try out the 5×5×3 and I’m pretty sure after your first session you’ll be right back here to tell me just how incredible it was.
 
DLD I have two questions about the 5x5x3 exercise:
1. Can I do it dry? I have such a supply of skin that I can move from the base to the glans.
2. Can these exercises be performed in a semi-erect? (50-60% hard)

Yes you can do them dry, I have always done SlowSquashJelqs dry. I would prefer you to be at around 90% erect if possible. I would say that 60% is OK during the five minutes of pumping but you definitely need at least 90% to perform the SSJ with proficiency.

You are better of doing stretching exercises before pumping. It will require less force to be applied.

You can do that. Jelqing is not gonna harm your gains, rather helps, "1+1 = 3" applies in our case. So again, the more you do the better.

You can combine "5x5x3" with pre-jelqs and post jelqs.

Remember, minimum 3s strokes
and erect state around 75-85%.
 
I have a question because I experience skin discomfort during jelq does "rolled" jelq work the same on penis growth? Is this an option for the lazy? I wouldn't have to buy it, just build it myself from a tube and a piece of paper x2. Namely, I mean with this tool, the exercise technique does not need to be explained:View attachment 1830306
 
Ouch and realy ouch! Use your hands and follow the 5×5×3 or switch over to a SlowSquashJelq, An exercise that brings incredible expansion with every session. The ultimate combination would be the pumping and the SSJ in combination. This will bring major girth is record time!
 
Why does it hurt you? Is exercise just painful or harmful? :O I do not understand. (confused)

I just think that your hands will do a much better job as this roller only hits the top and bottom of your penis it does not do anything for the size of your penis. It would make sense for me to go with something like the 5×5×3 sound in SRT. Or go with the straight SlowSquashJelq. I just said ouch because it looks painful lol but do your thing and see what this produces because I may be completely wrong.

Do broken capillaries under the skin on the penis mean that the circumference exercise 5x5x3 was done well and works? Does this mean a lack of vitamins? I does not use a lot of pressure in the pump and they still burst, can I ignore it? :(
 
As I exercise, the problem seems to disappear and I experienced broken capillaries after a long break from exercise, which means that the penis becomes resistant to high pressure. I also recently achieved girth enlargement, my girth is now 5.67 inches. Out of curiosity, I also measured girth when tying the penis after the exercises and is deadly 6.1 inches. I post a photo for the curious.
 
There is little progress, my penis has reached 8.11 inch BPEL, I hope it will go faster increase now. Greetings to all forum members ?
 
It’s not really true but what is true is if you are not in good shape when you start PE and you go and start working out and lose weight you’re going to lose fat around your pubic bone which will expose much more penis so in a roundabout way the myth is true

For me, my daily 1 hour length master routine is a weight loss program. I realized this when I stopped PE in 2020 February. My fat pad increased few weeks after I stopped. PE itself is a weight loss program in my opinion.
 
Just by jelquing and pumping? Did you continue with 5x5x3? How would you describe your current workout?

the 5x5x3 just can not be beat, it brings girth at a rate no other routine can compare. It is the only girth exercise needed to get to where you want to be.
 
I'm alive! Hmm, good thing some of the data was recovered. I'm sad that so many inspiring threads were deleted. Out of curiosity, I checked online to see what was happening with MOS and was surprised that this forum was still active. 🙀

We had a crash that lasted about a month.And we are only able to get certain material back. But since you've been gone, much material has been added by our members.
 
We didn't just have a crash, but multiple crashes without proper backups. The old backups were like a closet full of great clothes, but tons of holes from digital moths. Merging old backup outdated data into a new database and forum management systems was bad. I mean, really bad. Photos and videos got shuffled because the IDs were not the same. I lost count of how many weeks we spent just putting out fires, and still are putting out smaller fires.

It was a shock to me. It's good that we managed to recover something; someone was having fun at us expense. 🤕🤷‍♂️😡
