blister, good or bad?

I started pe back up today again. I noticed afterwards a blister of something on my penis right below the head, and below the skin. its a about an inch and half long, and a about 1/4 of an inch wide if that. Is this good, or bad?Nothing hurts, just a little sore.

i've got the same thing 3 nights in a row now it seems to go away a lot during the next day for me... mines the same color of my skin though
