i had quit PE for 15 days ...
4 days back i began again....after my manual session i put on the PF but after 2 hours there was kinda blister or swelling or lump kinda thing around the tip of the glans..it was kindy of bloody looking but not coming out......i gave rest for 2-3 days
and today i began again......same thing happened....i reduced the vaccum pressure and saw the difference and it helped BUT this never usedto happen before nomatter how much i pumped the PF.....
why is it happening now???

This area of the glans is the most sensitive and prone to blistering. Even with other devices. Most likely, it is taking a few days for the issue to 'build up' per se. I am betting that if you did more than 2 hours in a single day...say, 4-5 hours, you could speed up the time it takes before you got a blister. Someone will probably chime in soon with an idea to help you prevent this issue.

Rest for a week. The same thing happened to me. I had to burst the blister with a needle syringe to take out the water. And my frenulum got a blister and burst and was bleeding. I had to take rest for 15 days and also no sex. Reduce the pulling pressure on PF

I would first reduce your time for now to an hour to keep an eye on things. If you are getting blisters with two hours it is most likely sue to being oversensitive or having too much intensity. Either way, if a blister appears, do not keep going. Allow the blister to pop on its own, do not pop it. A blister can take up to a week to heal to the point of being able train again. Hot compressed will help the fluid surface and be released faster.

Lol I had popped my blister with a syringe. But my blister on the frenulum I let it heal by itself,.

I think a needle that small would not cause huge issues. It is the popping of it manually that causes scaring. I did this in my early days and still have the scar there.

I popped it with a diabetic syringe needle very very small. The pain went away. What a relief I had.

no way i would ever use a syringe....
plus today the blister burst on its own....only the skin extra skin of blister is left....
i still did PE today and using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words] instead of PF.......

i had to burst I was in pain and I was perfect.

The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on the other hand doesn't give blisters at all.

As long as you know what you are doing this method would be acceptable, I am more concerned with men picking and popping a blister, ingrown hair or pimple. This type of treatment will cause ugly scars and could bring infection.

Leave it alone, apply antiseptic if it pops. Never pop a blister, it has a big risk of infection if you force it. You have to wait for it to go away and heal on its own, anything else isn't safe.
