Possibly it is winter here and I have put on about 7 pounds but I’m 1/2 shorter than I was so now I’m considering thinking I was measuring wrong of had better EQ measurements before
are you measuring from the top press hard to the pubic bone i change my mind to 10.5 nonbonepress

Unless you have a major desire to get more girth now, go with brother's @9.5inchpro suggestion and pursue length first before resuming girth. EQ will be affected as your penis elongates past the normal length extremities. Think of those who are very tall, with long arms and legs, but they have issues with blood flow to their extremities (feet, hands, toes and fingers). EQ with a very long penis is an indicator of pushing the limits.

Don't worry, your body will compensate soon enough. But as borther 9.5inchpro indicated, go for length first so your body knows how much more blood supply to provide to the penis for the foreseeable future. As you increase in girth, it will be very hard for the penile tissues to yield, so you can expand in length because of the thicker base. It does require a longer period of collagen turnover, or "decon", to reset the tissues back to their normal conditions for further PE.
 
I take Every Sunday off but maybe a few consecutive days off would help

Just a suggestion, since the weather may be quite cold in your region right now. Rather than doing only a Sunday off, try every three days, or even down to two days, for each one day break. This is just to ease up the tissue stress loads. You can jelq, you can lightly stretch under very low loading, but apply heat. Lots of it. We discussed earlier about our brother's possible cross-linked tissues being way too thick and came up with a progressive method of countering it. Read through it, and hopefully you can stay ahead of the game. Ask questions if you are unclear about something.

Yea that’s the length of the penis in the extender which is exciting my bone pressed flaccid stretch is around 9.25 inches I figure if I can get to 10 in bone pressed I would actually measure out close to 9 erected!

Always shoot for a measurement that is beyond your goal.So if you want ten inches shoot for ten and a half inches. For girth, shoot for one half inch above your girth. This way, when you settle down, you will settle down into the length and girth you desire

One and a half twists to 2 twists are the perfect way to go I go to rotations?And I find that to be very comfortable and gainful

Yes. Little by little on the twists as you pull. Don't have to go straight 2 full twists at full pulling power. 1.5 turns, and pull lightly. Keep adjusting the pulling tensions little by little until your penis adjust and adopt the stresses. Slowly go up 2 full twists and see if your penis is still comfortable under the full twists. From there, go up little by little on the pulling traction tension. Always make sure to ease back the moment you feel any odd tingling or a low sharp pain sensation. It means you're going too far.

Thank you ! This is exactly how I been performing these too so makes complete sense to ease into the turns to give the penis time to adjust
 
How's the comfort with the twisted bundling now? More comfortable? Still a bit tight? The reason why is the amount of tissues building up. When you bundled below the glans, with your length of the penis, it should feel comfortable. But like brother @9.5inchpro where his tissues are thicker, it may feel much more tight and uncomfortable.

Yea much more comfortable now than before, I definitely can feel it pulling deeper into the inner penis though !

Will it also grow in girth by doing twisted bundles I swear it looks shorter than before but when I measured it’s the same 9.5 inches bone pressed

It looks shorter because of the tissue stresses that the penis has not experienced before. Most of the time, when we jump from one form of exericse to another, the tissues simply retract a bit. Same goes for the intensity. You can start medium with the intensity, then increase to high, and the last few sets, go light. What this does is causing the tissues to rethink, "Oh, there's no more stress." The tissues will relax more.
