yea add a new exercise switch up your routine keep knocking out them sessions you will gain probuliedly before your at the session numbers im at.don't give up it seems your a hard gainer like me
This is good to know I’ll take it easy next session for sure !Every time you take more than 3 days off, slowly, ever slowly, increase your pressure back up again. Your skin layers reset back to square one after 2 days of rest. 3rd day, it takes a bit more care to get back to the preconditions you want after a few days. Never go from 3 days or more rest to full crazy workout after resting. This is a recipe for blood spotting, or worst, blister.
Never give up or give in penis enlargement has its ups, and it's downs. You will experience plateaus at points. But this is no reason to stop. You should continue with confidence that your day will come where you're gaining and growing.don't give up it seems your a hard gainer like me

So if I’m understanding correctly is that your body will get used to the traction from the sleeve and need to increase to continue to increase length?I see you're cranking up your flaccid stretch time. Just something to think further in the future. As your tissues are toughening up, the sleeve's 600 to 800g of traction may require you to increase it to 1100g of traction tension. If you can do it with the sleeves (like the DuroSleeve), think of a hidden extender or stretcher system soon.

I have noticed a huge difference lately since I started wearing sleeves all day after my heavy stretch !
My flaccid is hanging nicely a lot less shrinkage

Wore tighter sleeve 6 hrs kept glans expanded more than one i been using but had to kegal more often to keep glans from going cold
Girth is my biggest enemy but I’m still looking to gain length!Are you only going after girth at this point?

Hard to say if gaining recently, but when I first started Pe I was 7 5/8 of a inch non bone presses cause didn’t know enough in beginning to measure from pubic bone but if I measured now non bone pressure I’m over a inch of gain bone pressed I’m 9.25 inches and setting in 5.25 inches of girth day to day but after a pump I’m 6 in girth but I’m struggling gaining girth !Have you gain anything?
