When I measure after a session to check expansion I measured mid shaft should I measure base and under glans to account for water retention?Is the edema counts for the total size or the expansion is based on the internal expansion? My puffy water retention is always just under ridge near glans after session for about 3-4 hours

Ok good to know!It's penile fatigue caused by the seesaw effects between length and girth. The fatigue can be determined by the EQ that you mentioned as one of the primary factors. When that happen, give yourself a day of break, with light massages and light C-jelqs and edging.

I was not sure if it was because I increased time hanging to 25-30 minutes lighter weight
before I would put 10 pounds on a minute or two at a time with min or two minutes rest between sets for like 30 minutes or so !
Wasn’t sure if that was a better approach to length as I’m still learning what my body reacts to best
I’ll continue with this sequence then next week I’ll switch it up and see what happensBest to experiment on how the body responds to the different methods. 10lbs for 5 minutes, and then the rest at much lower weight, around 2 to 3lbs. You can even try 8lbs for 10 minutes, follows by 4lbs for 30 minutes. Definitely try different variation for 1 full week before changing. You have to see how the body reacts multiple days. Eventually, the body will change again every few weeks as it adopts and then adapts to the new weight cycling.

I’m going to keep a progress report so I can track what’s working and what’s not so far I have gained length and girth but not satisfied with the girth as of now although I still practice length exercises I could stop and be comfortable with results!What session number you trying to reach and also when are you going to measure?
Awesome I’m excited to cement these gains I’ll be at my length aiming I have been working towards!Great job brother. Looks like this is the go to method. Remain at the weight combination for the next 2 months if you can. Observe closely each week to see if your penis does turtle or retract back up, or it relaxes even more. If it retracts back up during the week, ease up on the weight. If not, remain at that weight combination for as long as you can, not just a few weeks, but a few months. If you don't see it stretches any further, that's when you start to add 0.5lb into the incrementation of the first weight, which is the 10lbs.
