My original size is 5,7 inches in length
I did take some pills which enlarged me to 7 inches
I ran out of pills some few months before starting MoS PE and starting at 6,5 inches which would shrink to 5,7 unless i started PE
My goal is 9 inches in length and I will focus length-work until about 8 inches and "Cul de Sac". Then I will start adding girth-work.

My techniques for length-work atm is:
Warmups with hot shower (try to avoid the testicles?), Blasters Stretches (including to different angles), Healing in extended state in my Extender (pain lets me stay in about an hour), Testicle massage and Scrotum-Stretches , and I use creams like: Max Out, Penis XXL Creme, Hydrocortison. I also do some extra kegels throughout the day and looking into starting Pilates one hour per week.

Is this a good routine? How much of this should I do per day to se good results?

Another question is about the testicles and my "warmups":
I warm up the penis and simultaneously effect the scrotum in the shower with almost burning hot water for about 5-10 minutes. And after some time I'm able to raise the heat in the shower because my tissue got warmer and tolerant to the heat. How will this affect my testicle and sperm health? Is it unhealthy somehow? arkailija said in another thread that its bad for fertility.
 
I’m very happy that you took my advice and started the progress thread this is going to be such a benefit to you and your training. Your routine sounds good I would like to see it more organized so I can tell how many sets you’re doing how many reps are doing etc. so if you could make it more organized I can tell you what you’re missing.

60 seconds straight out
60 circular stretches clockwise
60 circular stretches anti clockwise

This set can be done multiple times per day

He if it’s too hot will cause damage to fertility but you’re not looking for that here you’re just looking to warm up. And a warm-up can consist of just light stretching or gentle massage.

Vaseline would not give me a good grip for the blaster stretching by hand I think. I use soap which gives me a good grip.
 
Im looking at the gamechanger and wondering how much weight it can hang without something goes wrong. You also now have 2 vacuum hanger devises, is one better then the other?
 
I would ease up the trigger finger and wait a moment for the Duro Sleeves to come out. ;)
With those the Silistretcher is your device. I personally prefer the SS to SD, I've tried both. And I keep using the SS.
You can do lighter hanging sets with the current sleeves and the upcoming Duros will be able to get you hanging that 20 lbs easily. But really, one can make gains with under 10 lbs overall.

I just find the SS so much easier to put on and get my gaining game on.

SiliStretcher all the way! With the new heavier sleeves that are coming out we’re expected to get about 50 pounds or more out of the stretcher. SRT has included two new workouts in the length portion using the SiliStretcher. Traction system will soon be added to it that you can purchase later, once this is the added it will be 100% complete meaning it will do everything that every other ADS does in one unit.
 
I've worn Silistretcher as an ADS for several hours without issues. In the beginning it's a good idea to take the device off every now and then to check things. What I might do is wear it for 1 -2 hours on my right hip, take it off, massage a bit and put it back on to my left hip.
 
When using extenders and hangers, should I unequip them and put them back on every so often or can I just keep them on for hours?

Good idea to remove every hour, and when your new start with 20 mins. Do some helishakes to get the circulation going well.

You could do that with the current Silisleeves but it's best to take breaks every now and then.
Some have slept with the Silistretcher on.
Gaining while sleeping does sound great but from my point of view there are awake hour enough in the day to make some gains. I respect my sleep time, I've tried certain things for gaining while sleeping but they've disturbed my sleep too much.
Of course experiences vary, some might be able to sleep without an issue while wearing a Silistretcher for example.

It could do, but I wouldn't recommend it, or would it be healthy. Think of the sweat, its a breeding ground for bacteria. 12 hours straight is tough talk from them, and I had a phallosan forte once, trashed it due to the thing literally falling apart. Its a delicate flower put it that way.

You need to be safe, and healthy with this. A quick check every hour is good, of course when using as ADS you wouldn't need to keep doing that, and sleeping, but keep in mind, the more tension (force) you use, and apply to the glans, then the more precautions you need to take ... this applies with phallosan forte, they lie if they say otherwise ... think about this ... would it be realistic to keep a penis stretched out for 12 hours at even 5lbs tension? no, and the weak link in all devices has been the attachment point .. in this case, glans.

At some point if the user keeps digging in like a stubborn mule, they will get glans blisters, and fluid retention.

We had a rep once from Phallosan called Julian, and he literally ran off to another site. No word, just left. They are tricky people to get answers from, you try contacting the big man that runs the company, he will send you to his minions aka reps.

Here at MOS you get to communicate with the actual big cheese, no monkeys here.
 
OK! Im now thinking to buy a silistretcher with the durosleeves and with extra weights. Is the Lengthhanger better for hanging on a somewhat noobie? I was thinking silistretcher because of the vacuum. Is silistrecher the way to go? Is there anything I should consider before buying the thing? And I also wonder what the wraps are for.

I would go with the SiliStretcher first and the Lengthmaster next. You can do all of SRT with the SiliStretcher stretcher as far as the length portion goes. In the girth portion a pump is needed. The LengthMaster you will want to get to do basic stretching, rolls and bundles, the LM makes these exercises and endlessly productive. If you’re going to be tackling girth also I suggest you look at the MityVac.
 
OK I managed to order the Silistretcher now and my old Extender has broke so I will do manual stretching until my Silistretcher arrives :)

What luck you have one breaks and you have another one coming, and not just another one of the best ones!
 
Update!


I now have a Malehanger which i gradually increase the intensity with. I started with 1,5 kg x 10 min and I'm now up in 6 kg x 30 mins x 2/3 times daily. My goal is 10 kg x 30 mins x 4 times per day. I do have some 4-5 hours rest between sets and I'm not sure if this is the best way to do it. I warm up and down in the shower before and after hanging. Oh i add some manual stretching after the warm-down as well (upwards and to the sides as well as circulars abut 5 mins altogether). Pumping keeps damaging my frenulum so i don't pump much nowadays.

any criticism? will i see gains before summer?
 
OK assuming you have sillistretcher? Have you just started to use it as noticed last post was some time ago?.

I'm sure with the manual work you are doing along with the hanging should see some gains, just make sure start off easy and stay committed, gains will come and no doubt before summer

Im interested in manual blaster stretches and what grip to use to protect my frenulum.
The A Stretch Is what is normally used but I guess you could grip a bit lower so it does not interfere with your frenulum. If it’s difficult to do this with your hands I suggest getting a piece of PVC pipe and try the a stretch that way while doing the blasters.
 
Questions:
1: Is collagen one of the best supplements for penile growth?
2: How much collagen should I take?
3: If I want to go for length before girth, then should I skip pumping all together until I reached my length? Or should I pump a little on the way?
4: I hear of a 30% increase in growth limit and from there on it gets harder. Can someone elaborate on this please? Because I'm almost there already at 18 cm from 14,5 cm. I would prefer to get longer, like 23 cm or more.
5: If I do stretching upwards or downwards (hanging), does it effect my erection posture in the end?
 
Collagen is something that we’ve only started to look into and the way it’s promoted and created is through the MOS Red. So I would check that out if I were you.

If you’re going for length alone there’s no reason to do any pumping or girth work. Stick to a routine centered around what you want most.

I don’t understand your fourth question but on your fifth question no it does not affect the posture of your penis based on which way you stretch. The only thing that would change the posture would be erect work.

The 30% growth limit is something that is mentioned on the internet. Some guy said that its a limit and someone else said that it gets harder to grow passed 130% of your original size. Since my starting size was 14,5 cm, my 130% size would be 18,85 cm only which I would like larger.

That’s so awesome you have it and you’re going to see a great increase in collagen. Don’t pay attention to what you read online about PE put your trust into the brotherhood. If what they’re saying was true I would not be the size I am today.

Oh yeah you said that drinking alcohol will be bad for PE and I'm a mild alcoholic. Means that i drink more then average but not all that much. How bad is alcohol for PE and is there anything I can think of?

I have a couple of glasses of wine every day sometimes three or four. What’s important about alcohol is that you do not let it control your life and you don’t use it as an escape. And you cannot abuse it because when you do of use it you lose the privilege of using it. Saint Paul said it best “all things are permissible but not all things are profitable” practice moderation and enjoy yourself in all things you do

Well said! But so the alcohol doesn't diminish my PE tissue growth in any direct way then?

In moderation not at all but if you are abusing alcohol it will affect every part of your body. So be honest with yourself and stay within the realms of moderation and you should have no issues. For myself if I’m going to far I know it and I have to make a conscious decision to slow down. Remember you are the master not the liquor

Well said, I am keeping it within reasonable volumes so I should be fine :)

My routine atm is compression hanging for 20 mins with 4kg with MOS Red and then i slip into my Silistretcher ADS for 2 hours, also with MOS Red. So after 2 hours in the ADS, should I rehang heavy again before slipping back into my ADS again or could I just stay in the ADS for many more hours if I feel fine? Which is more effective?

Do you want to stay in it for as long as you can in a passive way or at a moderate tension. So after your gaining session use your extender as your healing session.
 
ADS is light tension healing in enlongated state. My question is if I should stay in there all day or if I would like to add a few more heavy stretches throughout the day.
