ADS is light tension healing in enlongated state. My question is if I should stay in there all day or if I would like to add a few more heavy stretches throughout the day.

After you have finished training I would stay in it all day but if you have pockets of time throughout the day I would get a 5 to 10 minute session in and then go right back into your ADS. You can do this as much as you like.
 
About manual stretching:

1. The grip is best 1 inch below the glans and with the blood pressed out of the glans, right? But this grip is hard to maintain and to get a good strength with. Will I train the gripstrength up with practise or whats the deal here?

2. If the grip gets stronger with training then the stretch will get stronger too. Should I try to get as intense stretch as possible, like really strong? Or is mild stretch over a long time the way to go, or a mix of the two?
 
With manual stretching you want to go is intense as possible your hands are never gonna be strong enough to hurt yourself and this is proven by the lengthmaster. Any man who can’t get a good grip who use the Lengthmaster not only gets a good grip but have the potential to stretch 10 times harder than manually.

If you continue to manually stretch your hands will get stronger as time goes by. If you wanna stick to manual stretching you can Expect to see this happen over a few months.
 
I read that its easier to grow in the puberty/youth. Is there any way to replicate that stage when I'm older? Like supplements or whatever could work?

That would be called the fountain of youth LOL I wish we could get back to my youth my brother, I think about it every single day.
 
Some guy on youtube said that an ADS helps with flaccid length but not erect length. Is this true?

no that’s not true. All these guys on YouTube and all these other platforms are trying to get in on some thing that we created 20 years ago. Get your information from the horses mouth, the brotherhood. And an ADS device, depending on which one you desire not only brings you erect length but it also but flaccid also. Both the SiliStretcher and the Stealthstretcher are huge part of SRT. These devices can be used actively or passively and when I write a routine I utilize both. I’m glad you came here to ask the question
 
I bought the Lengthmaster and a 1,75*9 Mityvac, both for lengthwork. So my new routine is hanging every second day and pumping the other second day. Big Al wrote that if I hang 10 hours per week then ill se good results so thats what im trying to do but I get swollen foreskin after about 1h which is my stopper atm. I use sleeves to limit the swelling but I hope my tissue will get conditioned and the swelling will get better in time.

Well, I'm trying to reach 8,5 inches length first and will do more girthwork when I reach it is the plan. My actual length goal is "cul de sac" and maby a little longer and it would vary between women.

I saw a record in my pump yesterday, 19,6 cm inside the pump so my natural erection wont reach that but its a record which means that I'm growing! :)

If my girth is larger at the base then the women wants to go deeper which gives better sex for me? Am I right? And if so, what techiques is there for increasing girth at the base? I heared of hanging downwards but I don't know what else.

Fastest way to increase base girth is like heavy downward stretching using the Lengthmaster and/or Lengthmaster hanging. In no time you’ll see your base girth appear like a miracle!

It is a bi-layered structure that includes an outer longitudinal layer and an inner circular layer.[1] It consists of approximately 5% elastin, with the remainder mostly consisting of collagen."

So I want to stretch and expand this fibrous tissue which is 5% Elastin and the rest Collagen. Any tips on how to soften this up beside bundled stretches?

This is why I created bundle stretches and they are really the only exercise that can affect the Tunica as Tunica as it does.. But there are also upward heavy stretching using the length mas the length master because you need a lot of power to do it. But with powerful upward stretching you will also see the Tunica expand

Any supplements I can use besides drinking water and collagen protein powder?
 
L- citrulline and cialis/viagra are the best things you can take in order to increase nitric oxide productions , but there are no pills in the world that will increase your size. Even if you take 100mg of Cialis daily you won’t see any real increase in size.

Theres some supplements like drinking water, collagen protein powder, red light therapy, that should maby help in making this tissue more flexible ( I think ) and Im wondering if theres more of these ways. Maby a specially useful lotion of some sort?
 
1: Erect Stretches for cementing gains, should they be done in the evening to cement the daily gains or can they be done in the morning before PE and with better erection quality?

2: And to get a really hard grip with the LengthMaster using only a sleeve for wrap, I get pain from the grip. Is there a better wrapping technique or something to help when I want to screw the LengthMaster on extra tight for extra intence lengthwork?

Red light therapy (therapeutic heat) helps a lot, collagen protein powder are useless for our purpose, water is obviously important but won’t make the tissue more flexible…
