Thise flaccid lenth measurements are approximate averages. We all know how that number fluctuates minute to minute anyways.

I have a fear of measuring my girth. Particularly now, because I know I lost girth these past 3 years (or rather, failed to cement some of my past gains). That cloth tape makes my dick wanna turtle. Have to be in a certain state of mind to make it work.

Update Tues 1/8

My current routine/plan is to do ~2 girth workouts per week. At least 1, and no more than 3. And supplement that with length workouts whenever I don't feel too fatigued. I plan on doing as much healing as possible in extenders (I have Phallosan Forte and Sizegenetics (which I am wearing for the first time right now... and wow!), and Uncle Jim's Wrap, when those are not an option. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old, who jump all over me with no notice, and I don't want to be that dad who shies away from those wonderful moments.

The phallosan is great after girth work, because i can use the large condom (otherwise i'm a medium :( ) and gauge how well I'm maintaining engorgement based on how long the large PF condom fits. And also because the PF has a small pump and keeps my dick engorged as well as extended. But the SG is better for micromanaging the tension. And the bulging sausage down the pants leg is an added bonus lmao! Looking forward to getting used to this new toy.

My girth workout:
  • Quick cardio and/or core workout to get the blood flowing
  • Possibly 20-30 mg sildenafil
  • Warmup in the shower, get hard and do some quick jelqs with cocoa butter.
Then 2-3x, depending on PI's
  • 1+ minute SSJ (as I get used to these, I'll gradually increase the time)
  • 5 min bathmate
The last bathmate set, i use a latex cockring, add in some bathmate stretches, focuaing on getting maximum engorgement and width. Apply some more cocoa butter.
Then some quick btc stretches to compensate for pump shortening and ensure my junk hangs properly.

Length workout:
  • warmup in the shower
  • 10 jai stretches, to get to my full unstretched flaccid and relax the PC muscle
  • cautiously, do some bundled stretches, maybe 30 seconds each way... working on getting used to these
  • BTC stretches, right, left, and center. high intensity, 30 seconds each
  • Downward stretches, right, left, and center. high intensity, 30 seconds each
Straight out stretches, right, left, and center. high intensity, 30 seconds each

Weds 1/2:
Had one of the best girth workouts of my life! Hit the gym for some quick cardio (12 min) and core work (ab stuff and deep squats), then popped 25mg of sildenafil, chilled in the hot tub til i felt it working and hit the shower with my bathmate.

I did 2 sets each of SSJ (1 min) and bathmate (5 min). Final bathmate session was with a stretchy latex cockring. During that, i noticed a better engorgement than i'd had in a very long time, maybe ever. My glans was touching the sides of the BM from true left to almost true right, so like almost 180 degrees. Wrapped that up and left the cock ring on for another 5 min hot tub session and 5 min in the sauna (sildenafil + sauna makes my head overheat (the one on top of my neck)). Then back in the shower and did some BTC stretches, 20 seconds on each side.

After that, i noticed my foreskin (I'm circumcised, but not very well lol) had some fluid retention, but nothing grotesque. I decided to take off the cock ring to let that ease away. But my hang was great. Dick was fully flaccid, hanging about 5.5" and thick. I turned a couple heads in the locker room lol. My typical flaccid is 4.5 or a little less. But it held at over 5" for most of the day. When the temporary girth gains went down, i applied a UJW and kept that on until i woke up with a boner that night.

I did something right last Weds. Ever since, my dick has been happier and fuller. I think it had something to do with my post in Mental PE, I did while on the elliptical cardio machine that freed my mind a bit and gave me some courage to get past my mental blocks. And also adding back the SSJ's. This was the first time I'd done SSJ's in maybe 20 months.

@Big Schwanz Acht my EQ was great. Obviously that's key for girth work, and obviously the sildenafil helped. I'm wondering if the hot tub soak helped too, compared to my usual shower-only warm-up. I also think a quick workout helps. Get the blood pumping, but not so much that I'm too tired to have a strong, lasting erection.

I also think a quick workout helps. Get the blood pumping, but not so much that I'm too tired to have a strong, lasting erection.


That’s good news. And with the sildenafilI suggest using only 25 mg and only use it when you need that extra boost. It is not addictive in a physical way but it can become addictive in a mental state.
 
Did a little length routine this morning after taking rest days Sat and Sun and just phallosan Mon (yesterday). Measured my bpfsl after doing some intense stretches and i was 7 3/8"! I'm not taking that as gains since my last measurement, but as evidence that the stretching works for temp gains. I shoukd have measured before stretching but oh well. I finished up by doing a quick semi-erect 2 minute bathmate set to fill the old boy up with nourishment.

Threw on the phallosan rig and tried to make a phallogenetics rig. Didn't quite work so i've been in the standard PF for a few hours now. Feels great. Able to handle a higher tension than usual. Junk looks bigger when i take it off for a pee. Happy happy joy joy.

Oh for sure! The animation style is so over-the-top and I like the stories that the show had. Also the theme music is very cool. I think it just came very late when I was younger. Funny thing that I remember a guy at school had a Ren&Stimpy shirt! It was a different time, much more wacky animation was around and things weren't as PC.

Really glad to hear that the PF is working for you. (Just trying to stay on topic here and then. :D )

Long term (1/1/29 (I'll be 50)):

Meg: 6.5
(But it kinda feels like i would probably get to 10" length before 6" girth, the way i'm built)

Currently:
Bpel: 7
Meg: 4.7
 
I'll post that in detail here in a single post, when i get a few minutes... I think the issue is more about consistency than intensity, but I'd love some feedback.

I am glad you’re gonna write this out for us. We can usually hone in on the problem when it’s written out. Much of the time it has to do with healing but there could be other factors that work here so getting a good go through the smart. I look forward to your posting it.
