Best way to gain 1” in length and girth with minimal effort?

I have to assume similar questions have been asked dozens of times but…

I understand with anything in life, anything worth having takes time and effort.

I’m already satisfied with my size. I’m 7.1~ NBPL and unsure about girth - most girls have told me I’m the biggest they’ve been with so there’s a point of diminishing returns in my mind and my motivation for more size is quite low.

However, If I wanted to add say a half inch or an inch to my length and girth with very minimal effort, i.e. no jelqing or very minimal stretching, how would I go about that?

Or

What would be the minimum I’d need to do to add an inch over the span of a year or so?

For length, the easiest is passive length stretching over time using all day stretcher (ADS) like the SiliStretcher and Stealth Stretcher. The longer you wear based on the 2 to 2.5lbs stress level, between 8 to 24 hours, you'll get a nice longer length. It's been proven over and over again. However, time is your enemy using this method. I'm using it now, between 8 to 24 hours, based on how much aggressive activities in the day. When I have time, I switch to more manual aggressive approaches using bundle combo stretches.

Girth wise, no ventures means no gains. We all force our body to growth by using internal and external extreme forces. Jelqing does just that without fancy equipment. With equipment like Bathmate and MityVac, you force the changes even more. There is no easy way to gain unless you want temporary gains using injections. That has more downsides than upsides.

This is very true and the best thing to do is incorporate these devices with SRT. Using the lengthmaster gives unbelievable power especially when used bundled. When using a pump like the mityvac The best thing you can do is the 5x5x3. Using a combination of all of these things will bring length and girth faster than any other method
 
Just saying that you can not go into this, believing you can use minimal offert to increase your penis size (referring to the title of this thread).

It's hard work.
