As DLD said. I would see only the Goliath / 11, the biggest model from Bathmate being suitable for whole package pumping.
If you aren't really certain of the whole package pumping, please go first with a slimmer cylinder just for your penis,
Considering you ask of health concerns. Guys have been doing whole package pumping for a longer time but it's more often very fluid retention freakish business, no offence but that's what I've seen during the years. 
Although I am curious of whole package pumping myself but I'll stick with a slimmer cylinder and work on my penis.

I've been 'whole package' pumping for 3+ years...it feel great, (but I took it slow and there's was definitely a 'learning' curve). The X40 can be snug, but since my focus is length, packing the cylinder seems to be working. I also have The Goliath, but my FR is almost twice when used for the same duration, so I haven't used it in quite a while

I definitely want to try full package first. I haven't touched PE for years so I haven't heard anything about the MittyVac. Kind of amazing that it's less than half the price of the Goliath.
I kind of want to go hard this time, last time I put in 1k hours between SG + Phallosan Forte (after I got tired of numbness from the SG) and the Bathmate. 0 gains. I'm curious about a routine combining PF -> hanger of some kind when I get home from work into a hydropump type thing.

That is fantastic to hear! I use the x40, so my balls wont fit even though its big. I`ve thought about the x50 if it might fit my balls as well. if not I will have to consider the mityvac. But I really want to use a bathmate, but am afraid it wont be big enough, I have to see how much bigger the x50 is compared to the x40

This method came-about because I decided to just 'give-in' and allow my testicles to be sucked-into the cylinder instead of constantly fighting it. This freed me up to concentrate on maintaining my EQ vs. wrestling w/my balls...so in that sense, I'm certain my results were better. The X50 (I have the older Goliath model) is quite a bit larger than my X40 which makes getting a proper seal a tad more challenging...and you'l be able to fit a couple extra balls in it, no problemo.Do you find that pumping full package gives you better results?
I'm awaiting deliver of The Mityvac...hoping this will 'unchain me' from the shower and I can PE while relaxing on the couch...so far all the reviews/responses have been positive.

I would definitely go with the MityVac as it will be less expensive and do the same job. Plus the lifetime warranty is an amazing bonus.
Good! Now I just have to find a size to fit my penis and balls. I tried a mityvac once, it was very clumsy since It has an attachment with the pistol, so the bathmate is easier to use, but I will have to consider the mityvac after all if an x50 is not big enough. Btw, I just dont hope its dangerous for the testicles to pump them aswell.
I think it’s the smartest move in now with everything being so customized you can get exactly what you want. The biggest thing I’m pushing here is the warranty, no one has a lifetime warranty like we do.

As long as you stay within certain time limit and pressure, no worries. (This is will depend individually, but a give or take estimate would be 5-10 minutes and up to 5 - 10 hg of pressure, closer to 5 than 10.)
SRT and Newbie routine does include testicle health massage so it is OK to fondle your balls!

I consider pumping full package even safer because I don't feel the pain that I feel when the balls are about to be sucked in (which happens all the time - the reason why I don't do shaft only pumping).
When I pump full package I keep the cylinder attached up to 3 hours until I feel fatigue. Sometimes I sleep during the set, I have no worries whatsoever.
When the testicles are really expanded after long sessions you can easily identify the epididymal which was frightening to sense, the first time I experienced it.
