Hey guys I just had some questions.
I bought an air pump (electric)
Is this sufficient for length and girth growth?
I’ve been doing it two times per week 10 minutes per session building to the highest setting by going up one level each minute and then 5 at the max.
One time I did 20 minutes on highest setting and got very girthy but also had the skin just under the head on the bottom of my shaft fully bloat and donut as well.

Am I doing this right for permanent length and girth gains? Any advice?

It sounds to me like the pump you have is doing a decent job. The fastest way to improve this is by using the 5x5x3, SRT's greatest secret. If you are only going for girth right now the 5x5x3 should be done. If you are looking for length also I highly recommend the full SRT program. Hm. I was deep in thought about this for a while (while I scream in pain as my broken bones are rubbing against themselves that is), and I have to ask, what kind of electric air pump do you have? Why do we ask this? Because it adds up quite a bit of additional elements to your programs for the gains you want.
  • How long is your pump compared to your penis. Let's say your penis is 6in, but the cylinder length is 7in, you may not get the benefits.
  • How large is your cylinder's circumference compared to your erected penis circumference? If your cylinder is to large, you will only focus on girth growth over your length.
  • How strong is the pump motor? if you have a tiny little pump motor meant for a 5-gallon aquarium, the motor is underpowered. If you have a pump that is meant for 100-gallon size tank, now you're in business.
  • How accurate is gauge on the pump? If there is a gauge at all. If you depends on the automatic pump turn/shut off function without the gauge, you may have bought a lemon. Without a proper gauge, you don't know where you are in the pumping requirements.

Your answer above will help to come up with more concrete evidence on your possible gains. However, pumping alone will not help. Pumping is just to increase mainly girth, unless you have a specific size cylinder that hugs your penis to make it longer during pumping.

I will tell you something that others wont tell you because they are very kind.
You are wasting your time with this because edema (that skinny under the shaft your were talking) is killing the permanent gains. There must be a good ration between true expansion / edema.
Another thing is that this prolonged 20 mins state, I do not know how healthy it is. I have read scientific research that very low, prolonged period actually might help (very low = ~4-5hg max) (prolonged state = 30mins) but this max thing you are saying for prolonged period scares me.

I will tell you something that's coming from my experience. Just don't waste time on these things. If girth is the thing then go for 5x5x3 no questions asked and achieve these gains. For this, you will need mityvac since gauge is something you trully need to make the plan.

5x5x3 guarantees gains. I got gains by doing only 3 times per week. Imagine people doing daily what happens.

Well said brother. There is a time when high pressure will help to break the initial tissues, but constantly stay at high pressure for too long will break the penis faster than you know what happened. It's been documented for too long.

the 5x5x3 is the best girth exercise. I believe all Brothers should take SRT and the 5x5x3 as their main routine. I feel like so many Brothers are wasting time without following SRT. It took me some serious time to create the routine and I based it on my lack of growth. So SRT is what I created too get me moving. After starting SRT I started to gain again as a matter of fact it gave me 2 more inches.

Thanks for the input. Would you recommend those same routines for length? If not what would you recommend? Girth isn’t my main focus I’d rather pack on some length

Hey brother, Length and Girth arent necessarily exclusive of eachother, but pumping as a your main PE routine is more girth than length focused, generally speaking. Not to say you wont pick up a little length by pumping alone.

If you want to pack on length, I would recommend you go read the SRT program DLD put together and start there with manual hand stretching in all positions, move on to bundling in those positions, find a way to heal in an extended state after your stretching sessions...using a sleeves, wrapping, sillistretcher ADS, etc...then consider investing in length master and MityVac pump. I use MityVac, still have not personally invested in the lengthmaster yet but so many brothers have results to prove its effectiveness.

I personally do a pumping routine with more length focus so happy to answer more questions on that and share my personal experiences there if you have questions.

Thank you for the help I read DLDs SRT stretching protocol and just did that and am currently in a sleeve trying to heal in expanded state. Can someone explain to me what “bundling” the stretches means?

Also I know it says it’s okay to stay in a sleeve extended periods of time, however after 30 min or so my head begins to get cold to the touch is this normal or is my sleeve too tight
Your sleeve is too tight. Never, Ever get to a point where your glans get cold. Ever. Get a sleeve that’s just tight enough not to pinch circulation off to the head. That’s a big no way! I uses one and get about 50% erection. Then apply the ADS sleeve and pull it down as close to base as possible. It takes some time to master but you’ll get it n

Bundling means twisting your shaft when also pulling. So basically, rotate your head X degrees etc and then stretch while "bundled". Start with as much twist as you can with maybe some discomforts but not pain, and then continue to work up in twists as you progress in the weeks and months to come. This is a marathon so steady schedules of stretching without injuring yourself but increasing intensity as you go.
