DLD's original routine, which I pretty much followed, unbeknowst, has proved to have added many benefits to my general physical condition and my outlook. It's not just my dick which has been enhanced and enlarged.
The constant jelqing, then the basic stretches, have added great flexibility and strength to my lower arms, my wrists, and my grip.
