First off if this has been brought up before I apologize for being redundent (did a search with no results). What do you guys think about doing really intense girth work outs only everyother day instead of mild ones on a daily basis? By intense work outs I'm talking about something on the order of 60 minutes total clamped(maybe broke up into 6 10 minute intervals) along with some jelqing and squeezes. Let me know what you think.
