You can either strap your scrotum back with ace bandage or you can pump your whole package.

I think mos has a product that goes over the entrance to make it smaller, tighter for a better fit.

Not sure if it works on bathmate, try the shop and the chat feature in the shop to speak to someone about that because if they fit it will solve this.

You are right,i actualy bought it on my last order but forgot that i have it,will give it a try tonight.
