I hear what you are saying @REDZULU2003 from a technical standpoint.

But from a functional standpoint, using the BM in a non-immersed environment(shower) benefits highly from the winevac usage. I simply cannot get that kind of pump/expansion without it.

So it’s not that he winevac is exceeding the capacity/design of the water pump. It’s more that it is unlocking the potential for me.

I would guess that’s why they added suction bulbs to the new versions.

Almost everyone who has bought a bathmate has bought a wine vac to modify it and it improves the bathmate tenfold. It’s a rather easy and inexpensive option if you can’t afford the handball. It gives much more vacuum then the handball but if you’re looking for convenience go with an extreme but if you’re looking for an inexpensive way to duplicate that the winevac modification is the way to go.

The X40 would be perfect, wish you went that way. But as I have said in the past if you outgrow your bathmate be very proud that you have to buy another one! But it seems like full package pumping is taking off and it’s becoming all the rage, I can see why you would be interested.

Thanks alot you guys @REDZULU2003 @DLD @MCBLZ @Bornsinner I'll be excited if to get to the point that I will need more pressure because at the max it's pretty intense, hopefully at some point the max pressure will seem like no big deal. Lol was it ever like that for you guys? Like the pressure was once too strong but then eventually was no problem? And about full package pumping, what exactly is the benefits of having your testicles in the pump?

Absolutely...I had to work my way up pressure-wise.

Very true, within a month your penis will become so much more durable and able to handle so much more work. As months progress it becomes more and more able to handle the heavy work.

Thanks DLD That's the crazy thing over the last 2 months I can do my workout very intensely for a long period of time like an hour and a half or more with no problems but still the max pressure of my hyrdromax is still hard to handle over a minute and some seconds. That's why I wasn't sure if I'd ever get to the point of easily being able to withstand the pressure.

Just will just keep on doing what you’re doing and your body will adjust. The penis is an amazingly resilient body part and will adapt very quickly to change as you bring upon it. I remember for me for the first one to two months my penis felt like it was gonna fall off, I had so much soreness at the base that made It almost impossible to stretch.
