Bathmate extreme/hot tub question.

I recently bought a bathmate 7 for my shower and after a week I realized I need the wide boy. So I went with the extreme 7 wide boy. Problem is I can’t use it standing up in a shower. It’s just too much of a pain in the ass. It works great in a bath tub but my bath tub is small and I hate taking baths in it. So anyway I have a hot tub with microsilk coming soon. I can’t wait to use the extreme in the hot tub. I currently can still use the regular 7 in the shower (hopefully not for much longer). I plan on at least 2-3 sessions a week in the hot tub with the extreme and then use the regular 7 when I shower. Thoughts? Anyone use the bathmate in the hot tub?

I use the BM HydroXtreme inside shower, never tub, and even on my beds 80% of the time. It takes a bit of careful approach to use the BM on the bed, on the chair, or even walking around. Yeah, causes quite a bit of a mess while adjusting to the method.

Trick is to engage the bleed lever to one side to prevent the water from flowing out. Fill the BM to the max. Line up the penis into the BM, be flaccid or erected. Water will spill out at this point. Turn the lever to center and push the BM immediate onto the pelvic area to create a light seal with a single or double pump using the cylinder gaiter.

Since you have a hand pump now, you can sit down and manually pump according to your pressure needs. This will bleed out the air and the water needed for the pressure buildup.

If you stand in front at a sink, fill the BM to 75% full. Line up the BM with your penis. Create a temporary seal at the pelvic area. Sit back and allow the water to accumulate at the base. Use the manual pump to pull out the air and the unneeded water volume. Voi la. Have fun walking around with a bigger than life attachment at the groin.

The problem is when you attach the hand pump in the shower you lose all vacuum. My hand pump won’t stay attached unless you are holding it. So you need one hand to hold the pump, the other to hold the hand pump. It’s so much easier much easier in a tub. No with the hydro model it’s a piece of cake to use in the shower. As soon as you get good suction you can just let go, no need for hands or shower straps. Point is I’m really looking forward to getting this hot tub and taking the workouts to another level.

Sounds like you forgot to turn the pressure release knob to create a seal.turn the knob clockwise fully (while looking down at it). Make sure to read and watch the video fo properly use the pump. It should not leak. Yes, the hand pump bulb can be a pain to handle at times.

Bathmate have a rotation lock mechanism on their HydroExtreme models. Rotate it to the left before filling up the cylinder/pump. When you need to release the vaccum after 5 minutes, rotate it to the right.

I should have mentioned another problem with the extreme wide is you are trying to hold the pump, cylinder, and keep your balls pulled down so they don’t get sucked in. You need 3 hands. I just find it WAY easier in a tub. I’ll mess with the rotation lock, I didn’t know what that was for. I’ll check out the videos also. Thanks.

This is one of the few videos that were lost because he was playing around with the settings. It's pretty simple. You simply take a cotton or any kind of bandage (ACE bandage), wrap the balls below the penis, and pull the balls behind your butt cheeks to the rear. What you are doing is you're hiding the balls between your legs with the help of the bandage, and pulling the skin away from the cylinder's opening from being sucked in. It's essential a tug-and-pull against the cylinder suction pressure.

I always place a C-Ring on my balls before water pumping. I thought this was common knowledge.

C-ring at the base can cut off blood flow if it's too tight. But a slightly loose one allows good "restrictive" (slows down the rate) blood flow without the "constrictive" blood cut off. Cut off is what we do not want.

There would be no feeling of cut off just, holding them back, when you buy a pack of c-rings you will find one that is comfortable enough to hold back and not feel any type of restriction.
