Bathmate customer service?!

Hey guys! I've sent a couple of emails to bathmate support and I've gotten no reply so far. I have a purchase determining question and the time is running out. I'm also afraid that's the kind of customer service I'll receive when I have the pump and need to make a warranty claim...
What has your experience been with warranty claims and general customer service with this company? Thank you guys!

I did get good service a longer while ago. (Got a replacement without much hassle.)

Naturally the support@bathmatedirect.com should be the first address to contact.
When did you make the contact? Considering there was the Christmas holidays and New Year, things might be a bit slower.

You're backed up when you purchase through MoS, remember that! :)

Ah, what a shame! Isn't it anything that we could help you with?
After 28th I would had also excepted a response, but then again the "holiday period" could be a reason for delayed reply.
Still, not a very good excuse and I'm really sorry to hear about this incident.

They are awesome with customer service I’m not sure what’s going on perhaps they are on holiday. But you can ask me the same questions and I’ll be over to give you the answers myself. Since we are the official forum for BM were qualified to answer any questions you may have.
 
We support bathmate products, and when you purchase through MOS, you have extra comfort in knowing you are covered.

If you are ordering directly from bathmate, then whatever issue you are having wth them, is down to them I'm afraid. We will help as best we can, but if the communiation is poor from the receiver end, I want to point out that this is not a reflection on how MOS deals with its customers.

MOS provides discounts for products through the shop, if you purchase that route the coms over the code are are not a problem, and you are covered through MOS.
 
As DLD wrote, I was meaning to post this thread as to ask does it clarify things:

It's when you order through the MoS Shop and remember, you're backed up just like REDZULU said in post #10. :)

Yup it’s a simple as that! Simply send me your order number and I will send you $25 immediately. As I said we can do customer service just fine for bathmate while they are away. Men need to understand that affiliates or partners here give us the authority to be customer service agents also. So if our partners are not around we can help you with any issues you may have with ordering.

What seems to be the issue @jpgm1 ? I was at least able to go to MoS shop, select a product and so on, eventually I did get to a shopping cart and all, ready for payment.

If you have Ad-blocker or other things running with your browser, (cookie blocker perhaps), it could help if you disable those.
