Balls pumping to raise T level??

Hello! Wondering if anyone has had or heard of this experience. I'm 60yo and have been on a T cream for a few years. My dose typically keeps me at 600-800. A few months ago, I started including my balls in a larger cylinder when pumping; I try to pump daily for about 20-30 minutes. I just did another routine blood test and found my T above 1500, which is off the charts. I'm wondering if the ball pumping could have caused this increase. Thanks for you feedback.

Good question. I mean, we don't have that much information on pumping your balls but there some that you can see by searching the forum for ball pumping. I mean, it's a really good thought to think that this might help.I truly hope it does. And I hope you go through every step of the way to see that it does

Welcome to the brotherhood, brother. Good to see you're being active.

In your case, you triggered two things. First, using the T cream, depending on where you apply the cream, it is absorbed locally or shallowly in the bloodstream of the affected area. in this case, I'm assuming you're applying around the scrotal area, where shallow blood vessels (the capillaries) are absorbing the androgenic ingredients, synthetic or naturally processed.

In addition to the cream, you pump or engorge the gonads. You're concentrating the collective androgenic load in the gonads, causing a state of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) spike(s). Think of it as a pooling of testosterone in one area, force it to hold in place, and then release it. When you pump, you cause a local trapping of fluid, and in terms, the fluid builds up and holds around the gonads (your balls) without letting out. When the blood vessels are inflamed because of the pumping, everything gets trapped for a few hours to a few days. When the blood vessels reset back to normal, everything in your scrotum and gonads is released back to the bloodstream, causing elevated spikes of T.

Hope this explains this phenomenon.

I’m also not sure if ball pumping would lead to increased testosterone levels. However, I have been on the T-gel and then eventually went to the bi-weekly injections. The gel was just too messy to deal with for me.

I can tell you from experience that 1500 T level isn’t healthy. When you maintain beyond 750 you need to also monitor your hemoglobin levels. The testosterone will thicken your blood and start causing other issues mainly putting you at a high risk of heart attack.

I loved the way I felt at a T level of 750-800. Even at that level my hemoglobin levels raised to the point where I had to have a blood draw so my body replenished it with new blood to get those levels of hemoglobin lower. I never reached that high of a level of 1500 but I’m just writing to caution you on watching your other levels. Too much of a good thing can sneak up on you. Be careful my friend.

I agree 100%; it was quite a surprise. And by posting here, I was hoping to answer why it went up so much without a change to my cream dosage. I also gave a unit of blood to thin my hemoglobin, and I've been off the cream to let me levels fall. Will reassess after next blood test.

That’s good glad to hear you’re aware of the hemoglobin issues. I did t originally know about that back when I was on T therapy. Found out from a yearly blood test check up.

hmmmmm, I've been 'whole package' pumping in my BM for years...I never considered if this would/could increase T-levels or not. For the record, I'm mid-60's and haven't had issues or been tested (maybe that's why I haven't experienced any low-T affects?)

Most likely you already have good t- levels. You can get it checked out at the doctor and it's not that expensive.Especially if you have insurance.
