It doesn't matter if you're in your teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, or 90s. When your brain and body works through graveyard hours that meant for rest, your body does take a massive toll on something. Your body has been programmed at a cellular level to rest during night phases and active during phases. You're forcing your body to go against its natural foundation. Over time, our bodies can adapt to it. However, it takes over thousands of years and hundreds of generations to evolve with that kind of adaptation. With that said, we can hijack our bodies to do things for a short period of time, but we may be paying the prices later.
Since you're working graveyard hours, you need to isolate your room to full darkness to trick your body and brain that you're actually resting based on the instinctive cycle. White noises can help to drown out activities that trigger your body to get up. There are studies of senses-isolation (which I happened to be an experimental subject in the past) to further shut down your system for optimal rest as well. You can sleep on a water bed to create that isolation feeling, or literally sleep in an isolation tank. This has the greatest reboot and reset within 4 hours. It's a very weird feeling. Japan uses sleep pods to induce this senses-isolation and hyper rejuvenate the body and mind. You might want to research this for yourself.
Good that you're using supplements and stay in a healthy diet. You might want to boost your nitric oxide level up just by extra gram a day (3 to 4 grams in the morning and 3 to 4 grams 2 hours before bed time). L-citrulline malate is good, but also add it to HMB and electrolyte mix. Ratio for HMB is around 3 grams (1.5g per drink), if you don't take calcium or other supplements containing Vit D3, add 2,500IU to the mix, and electrolyte not to pass more than 3,200mg of potassium a day. You may also want to add Hawthorne berry and bark extract into the mix. This is great to synergize with the l-citrulline, Vit D3, and HMB to boost your libido loading as needed.
EQ will need to be stimulated as well. Moderate jelqing routine for your PE journey to dynamic pumping session lasting no more than 15 minutes. You're literally hijacking your body against natural phenomena by inducing your own synthetic phenomena.
