Back Again With My Girth Plan

Hey guys, thought I'll use this as update blog and tracker.

Here's what I've done yesterday on Thursday, now im doing again this Friday

5x6 sets of semi hard clamping
4x5 of girth pumping

We know you are paying attention to the hard clamping routine so we won't worry about it any more. But do move the hard clamps up and down the penile shaft to prevent zone kinking on the blood vessels and nerves at every new set.

Will be not wearing underwear and will be wearing a cock ring.

Because of the hard clamping, do pay very close attention to the sporatic sensations from the ring pressurizing on the previous clamped locations.
