I just learned something on CNN that was most surprising.

Apparently, BBQ is a highly popular Korean dish.

Who knew? ?:( I would never have thought that BBQ would have been popular there. In fact, based on conversations I have had with other people I know from around the globe, it seemed to me that BBQ was only really popular here in the USA.
I have always worried that if I did travel globally, I would not be able to find the things I like to eat.
 
Yeah the Koreans like spicy food and when I've eaten some Korean food it can have a kick to it which I like. Prefer spicy over hot, like to taste it not burn my mouth out. BBQ big in Australia and are at times here in the UK but the weather isn't right for them. I have always been weary of eating at a BBQ because of under cooking, the person not knowing if its correctly cooked or not.
